The rapid construction and development of Chinese high-speed railway inject new vitality into Chinese railway transportation.By 2019,the proportion of high-speed railway passenger transportation in China was over 60%,and the numbers of the EMU was over 3500.The grand goal form China Railway of taking the lead in building a developed and improved railway network in 2035 and the increasing number of the EMU,put forward a new requirement for the optimization of EMU maintenance resource.In order to adapt the characteristics of EMU operation under the condition of developed and improved railway network,it is necessary to optimize the layout of EMU maintenance resources and improve the efficiency of management resources in advance.This paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Analyze the problems of EMU operation and maintenance and the characteristics of EMU operation under the condition of developed and improved railway network.First of all,the current layout and management situation of EMU maintenance resource is analyzed;secondly,from two aspects of EMU operation index and EMU maintenance resource allocation,the existing problems of EMU maintenance are summarized;finally,by summarizing the characteristics of developed and improved railway network and the affecting factors of EMU operation,the characteristics of EMU operation under the condition of railway network is studied..(2)Establish the optimization model of the layout of the EMU maintenance resource.Based on the operation mode of the EMU in China,and according to the Multi Depot Vehicle Routing Problem,this paper describes the relationship of " EMU – transportation task – connection relationship" as the " garage-transportation demand – path arc" EMU Operation and Maintenance Connection Network.Based on this network,the Optimization Model of the layout of the EMU maintenance resource is established with the objective of minimizing the numbers of the EMU,the cost and the running distance of EMU.At last,the model is verified by an example.(3)Put forward the optimization method of management modes of the EMU depot.Based on the analysis of the existing management modes of the EMU depot,this paper discusses the future management mode firstly;secondly,After analyzing the affecting factors of EMU management mode,the index system of EMU management mode comparison and selection is established;finally,according to the formulated management scheme,entropy weight method is used to empower the evaluation index,and extension theory is used to compare and select the optimal management scheme At last,the optimization method is verified by an example.(4)Selects a regional railway network in the rapid development stage of Chinese high-speed railway as an example.First of all,under the conditions of different transportation demand and different repair schedules,from the perspective of daily operation and maintenance,the layout of EMU depot in this area is optimized;secondly,according to the results of the optimization model,from the perspective of EMU management resource optimization,develop several EMU depot management schemes for this area,and optimize the management mode of EMU depot.In summary,the EMU maintenance resources and management resources are optimized,in order to satisfy the demand and scale of the railway network in the future...
