Power supply system is an important part of urban rail transit.With the popularization and application of a large number of high and new technologies,the functional requirements of power supply system are increasing,the equipment and system itself are becoming increasingly complex,the probability of failure will increase,and the corresponding maintenance time will be prolonged,the cost will increase,and the reliability of the system may continue to decline.Facing more and more severe situation,as an important part of power supply system and the core of vehicle power supply,the reliability research of traction substation becomes more and more important.Firstly,study the research status of the reliability of power supply system at home and abroad,and understands the research methods and perspectives of the reliability of power supply system.At present,more research is focused on the influence of catenary on power supply system,or improving the reliability of traction substation through various measures such as equipment standby and cross-area power supply,while the research on the reliability of traction substation itself is insufficient.The main function of traction substation is to provide power for vehicles,so the primary system is the core of metro traction substation,and the reliability research can grasp the key of the problem.Secondly,prepare for the reliability analysis theory of traction substation.By consulting and understanding various related literatures,we have fully understood and learned the research results,including reliability-related indicators,typical reliability system models and basic concepts of primary system equipment of metro traction substation.We have determined reliability block diagram method,fault impact and risk analysis method as the main evaluation methods,and completed the theoretical preparation of this paper.By investigating and collecting the actual faults occurring in the primary system of traction substation during the operation process,the actual impact of these faults on traction substation is understood,and the severity and probability of occurrence of these faults are judged respectively.The evaluation index of fault hazard is determined,and the preliminary preparation of this paper is completed.Finally,according to the collected data,detailed analysis,modeling and calculation are carried out to identify the key factors and weaknesses to improve the reliability of the system,to explore the shortcomings of the primary system in the design,manufacturing and operation and maintenance stages,to provide guidance on how to improve the reliability of the system in each stage,and finally to summarize the arguments of this paper and to make prospects of the reliability of the power supply system for the future.
