| In order to realize the rapid design of explosive bomb,improve design efficiency and save development cost,the modeling and power calculation of explosive bomb are studied.A feature-based blasting bomb modeling method is proposed,and the power calculation model of the blasting bomb is established.A blasting bomb modeling and power calculation system is developed,which has good engineering application value.Based on the analysis of different structure types of bombs,the method of characteristic partition of bombs is put forward,the characteristic constraint equation is established,and the three-dimensional model of the characteristics of bombs is established by using the method of feature-based bomb modeling.The required structure types of bombs can be generated conveniently and quickly by feature splicing.The computational models of the power characterization parameters of explosive bomb are sorted out,including the axial distribution of the velocity and direction angle of fragments,the dispersion angle of fragments,the dense killing radius,the shock wave overpressure,the specific impulse and the positive pressure action time.An algorithm for arranging and distributing spherical fragments,cylindrical fragments and square fragments is proposed.The transformation methods of initial velocity,divergence direction angle and divergence angle of static and dynamic fragments are given.Considering the velocity distribution in the axial direction of fragments,a method for calculating the lethal power of explosive bombs is proposed.Using UG secondary development technology and database technology,a UG-based explosive bomb modeling and power calculation system is designed and developed.The system includes explosive bomb modeling module,power calculation module and power calculation database.The explosive bomb modeling module can realize the rapid modeling of most typical explosive bombs.The three-dimensional model of explosive bomb can be quickly generated by inputting or calling the structural parameters in the model databaseThe power calculation module includes three sub-modules:power characterization parameter calculation,lethal power calculation and explosive power calculation.The structural size parameters of explosive bomb can be read from the model database to realize the fragment velocity and dispersion direction along the axis.Distribution,intensive killing radius,shock wave overpressure,barotropic action time and specific impulse calculation,fragment dispersion angle,dynamic dispersion angle,killing area and optimum explosion height calculation can be saved to power calculation database and visual output can be achieved. |
