Research On The Improvement Of The Comprehensive Budget Management Of YT Company

With the continuous development of global economic integration,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.As an important means to improve the internal management level of enterprises,more and more managers began to pay attention to the overall budget.Comprehensive budget management can not only help managers to fully understand market dynamics,but also make reasonable planning,coordination,control and evaluation of internal management.With the increasing development of enterprise management,the developed countries in the West have become very mature in both theory and practice with regard to overall budget management.However,most enterprises in China are still unfamiliar with overall budget management and have many shortcomings.It has been stopped at the budgeting process and the implementation of budget management is not satisfactoryThe paper is divided into five chapters.In the first chapter,the background and significance of the thesis are described,and the development course,content and method of the comprehensive budget management research of domestic and foreign enterprises are described.The second chapter is the introduction of the theory of comprehensive budget management,which mainly includes the concept,content and process of comprehensive budget management.The third part briefly introduces the general situation of YT company,and makes a comprehensive and thorough analysis of YT company's comprehensive budget management system,starting with the setting of the budget organization,the determination of budget goals,the choice of budget preparation methods,budget execution and budget evaluation system.Identify any deficiencies in the company's overall budget management process.The fourth chapter is to the YT company comprehensive budget management of the reasons for the specific analysis,for the countermeasures to do the groundwork.In the fifth part,the author puts forward some suggestions for improving YT's comprehensive budget management.The research results of this paper hope to help YT to do a good job in comprehensive budget management,and provide effective reference for other enterprises to successfully implement comprehensive budget management.
