Study On The Distribution Network Planning In Shenxian Based On Demand Forecast

As an indispensable part of urban infrastructure,distribution network provides clean power energy for economic and social development and people's production and living.It is one of the most important infrastructures in modern society.With the rapid development of the city and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for electricity consumption is constantly increasing,and the demand for electricity quality is constantly improving.How to better build the distribution network to meet the power demand and solve the existing problems of the power network is the main content of the distribution network planning research.Based on the current situation,regional features and economic development of the power network in Shenxian of Liaocheng City,Shandong province,this paper studies the distribution network planning based on demand prediction.The power network planning is based on the power demand forecasting,which directly affects the planning results and affects the project scale and construction scheme.In the past,the general practice in the power industry is to forecast the load and plan the power grid through the traditional experience.This based on Shenxian electric power demand forecasting of the distribution network planning study,analysis of the characteristics of various prediction methods,the selection of a variety of characteristics to fit the development of regional load forecasting method,through the objective analysis of historical load data,a mathmatic model of the science,and according to the macroeconomic situation and partition development goal,the comprehensive analysis of prediction results,improve the accuracy of the electric power demand forecasting.By collecting basic data,analyzing historical data and referring to the overall urban planning,this paper grasps the economic and social development law and objective of Shenxian.Analyze the voltage grade and power supply area of the distribution network in Shenxian county from the aspects of power network equipment,grid structure and operation index,diagnose existing problems of the current power network,and establish planning principles and objectives.By using multiple prediction methods such as elastic coefficient method,time series regression analysis method and spatial load density method,the power demand of the target years of short-term and long-term planning in Shenxian county was analyzed and calculated,and the accurate prediction results of the power supply and maximum load of the whole society in Shenxian county were obtained.Based on electric power demand forecasting results,study of Shenxian distribution network analysis and the planning and design,to meet the needs of the development of the load from increasing substation putting spatial grid structure optimization of distribution network,improve the quality of power supply capacity and power supply planning scheme,and through the planning effect analysis demonstrate the rationality of the planning scheme,puts forward Suggestions on grid planning,eventually form conforms to Shenxian regional characteristics and development needs,reasonable distribution network planning.
