The automatic parking ECU is mainly responsible for the lateral and longitudinal control of the vehicle during the automatic parking process.Its performance directly affects the stability and safety of the vehicle during the parking process.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a CAN bus system that can satisfy the automatic parking.A CAN network simulation test system that requires and can test and simulate the functions and control strategies of the automatic parking ECU,and the established CAN network simulation test system must be able to control the entire automatic parking during the development of the automatic parking ECU.The working environment and working state of the electronic devices required by the system are truly reflected,and the correct information interaction between the electronic control units is also ensured.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper uses CANoe software to establish a complete automatic parking CAN network simulation model,and selects a series of test tools to establish an automatic parking CAN network simulation test system,and then the completed simulation test system is carried out.Test verification,and finally based on the automatic parking CAN network simulation test system for the automatic parking CAN simulation analysis and functional testing.The content of this article includes the following sections:(1)Establish an automatic parking CAN network simulation test system.Firstly,the automatic parking CAN network architecture design,communication matrix design,network database establishment,control panel and display panel design were completed.The CAPL programming language was used to standardize the behavior of the nodes and the whole network,thus completing the establishment of the simulation model.A series of test tools have established a complete automatic parking CAN network simulation test system.(2)Test and verify the automatic parking CAN network simulation test system.This paper mainly conducts CAN network test on the established simulation test system,and uses the automatic parking ECU to carry out simulation test and real vehicle test based on the test system,and then compares the simulation test results with the actual vehicle test results to verify its effectiveness.The CAN network test mainly performs a series of tests on the physical layer,data link layer and network management of the CAN network simulation model to verify that the automatic parking CAN network meets the design specifications.The simulation test and the real vehicle test use the hardware interface of CANcase to connect the real automatic parking ECU with the established automatic parking CAN network simulation test system to test and simulate the automatic parking ECU,and then in the same Under the test conditions,the automatic parking ECU was tested on the real vehicle.Finally,the real-time,accuracy and reliability of the established automatic parking CAN network simulation test system was verified by comparing the automatic parking controller simulation test results with the actual vehicle test results.(3)Design and test of automatic parking ECU test cases.Test cases for the performance and function of the automatic parking ECU are designed by analyzing the automatic parking control strategy and test specifications.Then according to the test cases,the functions of the automatic parking ECU and the control strategy are tested.By analyzing the simulation results of the automatic parking ECU and the test results of the real vehicle,the correctness of the control strategy and the stability and reliability of its functions are evaluated.Through CAN network test and automatic parking ECU simulation test and real vehicle test comparison,it is confirmed that the automatic parking CAN network simulation test system has perfect test functions,rapid signal response and accurate test data,which can fully meet the simulation test requirements of automatic parking ECU.The feasibility and practical application value of the application in the development of automatic parking ECU.Finally,the automatic parking ECU was tested based on CAN network simulation test system and real vehicle test.Moreover,the problems occurred in the automatic parking ECU during the test were rectified,thus further ensuring the stability and safety of the automatic parking ECU.
