With the increasing popularity of asphalt road in China,China's highway construction will face two major problems.One is the large demand of asphalt pavement material,the other is how to deal with the waste asphalt pavement material.Asphalt pavement material recycling plant can solve the above problems well.After the waste asphalt pavement material is treated,it can be used again for paving asphalt pavement.It not only solves the demand problem of asphalt pavement material,but also solves the waste asphalt pavement material consumption problem.Asphalt pavement material recycling plant is developed on the basis of asphalt mixing station.Compared with asphalt mixing station,the degree of automation,informatization and intellectualization of asphalt mixing station is a little low,and the pollution produced in the production process is also large,which is not in line with the current development trend.Asphalt pavement material recycling factory adopts factory mode to produce recycled mixture.In automation,information,intelligence,environmental protection and other aspects,the traditional asphalt regeneration mixture mixing station can not be compared.However,due to the complexity of the automation,intelligence and systemization of the production equipment of the asphalt pavement material recycling plant,it is bound to increase the burden on the equipment maintenance.This paper establishes a multi-device maintenance strategy based on FMECA analysis method(failure mode analysis method),equipment reliability concept and deterioration degree analysis method.First,the FMECA analysis method is used to classify the damage degree of each equipment of the recycling plant,and based on this,the importance of each device is divided and the maintenance mode corresponding to each device is selected.Secondly,taking the critical equipment as the research object,the concept of reliability is used to establish the periodic maintenance model of the equipment under the lowest maintenance cost rate,and the reliability threshold and optimal maintenance times of the critical equipment under the minimum maintenance cost rate are solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,based on the deterioration degree analysis method,a comprehensive evaluation model for state maintenance of important equipment is established to determine which maintenance method the equipment should take.Through this maintenance strategy,enterprises can allocate maintenance resources reasonably,take proactive preventive period maintenance on key equipment,and avoid excessive maintenance resources of non-critical equipment.Under the premise of ensuring equipment reliability,the equipment maintenance cost of the enterprise is effectively reduced,and the equipment maintenance efficiency of the enterprise is improved.
