The ordinary asphalt pavement in southwestern mountainous area undertakes the majority transportation tasks,for the highway coverage is relatively insufficient restricted by the special topography and climate.But the thin layer pavement structure,heavy vehicle load and other factors influences its performance and service life.The road steps into the stage of maintenance quickly.And recycled materials,if not be reused,would be a waste of resources and influence environments.So choosing an appropriate technique for the maintenance deserves further studying.Based on “research on the application of central plant hot recycling technology in ordinary asphalt pavement of hot humid mountainous areas”,major s&t project of Guizhou Province in 2013,this paper analyzes the working environment and related technology of the ordinary road in this area and summarizes the special performances.In order to meet these performances,central plant hot recycling technology should be a first choice after comparing the pros and cons of various renewable recycling methods.It concludes the necessity of recycled materials' pretreatment through analyzing the aging degree,mineral aggregate gradation and asphalt content.Also,this paper synthetizes benchmark material on the basis of grey correlation analysis and determines the proportion of recycled materials.Through indoor experiments,it determines the materials' proportion,synthesis grading and the optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio and verifies various performance.Then it makes the performance comparison of different ratio of recycled materials and studies the production technology of this technology.During the construction stage,This paper inspects the proportion through trial mix,tracks the site construction and examines the flatness,Compactness,friction coefficient and water seepage coefficient.Finally it analyzes the key construction technology of corner paving and corner rolling.Through analysis of a large number of indoor and outdoor data,it shows that it makes a good performance when adopt this technology.Therefore,the technology is suitable for the ordinary asphalt pavement in southwestern mountainous area.
