Under the influence of energy crisis and environmental pollution,people realize that the research and development of new energy technologies is urgently needed.Electric vehicles are also receiving international attention because of their conformity to the concept of sustainable development and environmentally friendly characteristics.A lot of research and development efforts to develop electric vehicles.Under the trend of actively developing electric vehicles in the global field,the development of electric vehicle charging systems has also received much attention.Today,the battery life of electric vehicles is insufficient.The layout of charging systems,service capabilities and the construction of charging facilities have become important factors affecting the development of the electric vehicle industry.This paper starts with the analysis of the current situation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure,introduces the development of charging facilities in different countries,compares and analyzes the charging methods available in China,and summarizes the current status and problems of charging facilities operation mode.The charging method is discussed.Under the theoretical guidance of product service system design,the system design architecture of demand domain,functional domain and solution domain is proposed.Market research uses SWOT-PEST analysis to analyze the charging facility market,compare the charging facility construction participants,and summarize market development issues.User research and analysis through qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis methods,summarize the needs of the user charging process,determine the user portrait.According to the market and user research,the customer value analytic model is used to classify the customer needs from the target layer,the result layer and the attribute layer,determine the demand commitment part,construct the functional structure according to the demand commitment part,and propose the design strategy.The system design plan is carried out from two parts of product and service.The product part proposes the redesigning scheme of the charging facility,and carries out research and design from the aspects of charging pile modeling material,human-machine color and function positioning;the service part starts from the perspective of stakeholders.The innovative design is mainly designed from the charging facility operators,car companies,third-party managers and government level.The design of the mobile interface and related improvement strategies are proposed.Finally,the system is evaluated by semantic terminology.The product part and the service part exchange information with each other in the charging system,and the two parts cooperate to realize the charging service system function.
