Manufacturing industry plays an important role in China's national economy.At present,China is moving from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,facing the problems of increasing competition and environmental protection pressure.At the same time,the report "Made in China 2025" points out that it is necessary to promote the transformation of production type manufacturing to service type manufacturing.As the working mother machine of equipment manufacturing,NC machining equipment has a self-evident position in equipment manufacturing.With the development of society,customers are no longer satisfied with obtaining general equipment or single service,but want to obtain the overall scheme of products and services.Product service system(PSS)concept is put forward to adapt to this strategic transformation.This paper applies the PSS theory to the design process of processing equipment,and studies the configuration design of machining equipment product service system(me-PSS).The main research contents are as follows:1)me-PSS customer demand analysis.By analyzing customer requirements,determining the importance of different requirements,mapping these requirements into practical technical characteristics.This step is the basis of me-PSS configuration design and preparation for me-PSS modular design.2)Division of me-PSS product and service modules.Combined with the importance of different needs in the previous part,the modularization of products and services is realized respectively.The fuzzy clustering method is used to divide the modules of tangible products,and a suitable threshold is determined by comprehensive analysis to determine the modular results that are more in line with the actual situation.By establishing a directed graph between service requirements,the corresponding reachable matrix is calculated to determine the reasonable service module.3)me-PSS configuration design.The final purpose of configuration design is to obtain customer satisfaction,and the quality function expansion method is used to transform customer requirements and their importance into product service system scheme module attributes and their weights.The non-accuracy computing idea is used to establish a nonlinear module configuration model with the goal of customer satisfaction maximization,and then the existing modules are selected and configured.4)me-PSS configuration design system development.With the above research,using MyEclipse software as a development tool,the me-PSS configuration design prototype system is developed.The system is developed using Struts Spring hibernate framework in Java Web environment,and the MySQL database is selected to provide support for system data processing.Based on the research object of me-PSS configuration design,the functions of customer requirement analysis,product and service module division,configuration scheme design of processing equipment are developed respectively.
