As China's comprehensive national strength and international status continue to consolidate,the economic development status of oil storage tanks is occupying an increasing proportion.As a direct and effective means to deal with emergencies,the strategic reserve of petroleum is a way to improve the production efficiency of the petroleum industry.In that huge social harm and economic loss caused by the storage tanks in the earthquake,the seismic response research of large storage tanks is a certain need.It is necessary to study the isolation measures with low investment cost and not changing the basic form.Based on this idea,this paper proposes a system of parallel isolation device for vertical storage tank rolling ring beam and slip cushion,which combines the advantages of vibration isolation of rolling ring beam with small friction and the slide cushion with advantages of seismic energy dissipation.In this paper,with shaking table test method,in the structural laboratory of Dalian Nationalities University,the seismic response excitation on the isolated and non-isolated tank model under the 1/4 scale ratio was carried out.The seismic effects of the isolation system under different seismic waves,different intensities,and different cushion materials were studied.The results show that the parallel isolation system can effectively separate the seismic period,and the sliding layer acts as a shear layer with friction effect,improving isolation effect.The cobblestone cushion parallel isolation system has a higher friction between the material particles and the energy-saving isolation effect has a certain improvement.The 1:1 simulation of the shaking table test was established using ADINA numerical simulation technology.A 100,000 square vertical tank model was established,and the seismic response analysis was studied under different intensities,the effects of different seismic waves and different cushion modulus on the isolation effect of the tank.The results show that the simulated isolation model has better results.When the modulus is 500 Mpa,the seismic response of the seismic storage tank is obviously increased,and the isolated storage tank has better performance.
