Research On Repair Planning Technology And Strategy Of Sports Facilities In Existing Urban Residential Areas

Under the background that "National Fitness" has become an upsurge of social times,residential area sports has gradually become an important part of the national and even social sports cause,and has become an important research topic in recent years.The construction of residential sports facilities in western developed countries has experienced a history of nearly one hundred years,but at present,there are few systematic studies in the field of residential sports facilities repair and planning in China.With the increasing frequency of international major sports events held by the country,and the growing demand for national fitness,the construction of a comprehensive three-dimensional residential sports facilities system has become the requirement of the times.It plays an important role and significance in perfecting urban public sports facilities.Therefore,the repair planning technology and strategy of the existing residential sports facilities in the city are of great urgency.On the basis of fully understanding the relevant theories,this paper analyzes the experience and achievements of the development and construction of sports facilities in urban residential areas in foreign countries,and summarizes and analyzes the universal problems existing in sports facilities in existing residential areas in Chinese cities through on-the-spot investigation.This paper focuses on the current situation and problems of sports facilities construction in existing urban residential areas and the key and difficult points of sports facilities repair planning in existing residential areas,and then probes into the techniques and strategies for repairing sports facilities in existing residential areas.The theory system of sports facilities repair planning in residential area is established,and finally,the plan and strategy integration of sports facilities repair in existing urban residential areas is formed to form a framework.The second chapter is the current situation and existing problems of sports facilities in existing urban residential areas.This paper analyzes the present situation of sports facilities construction in residential areas in China,and analyzes the problems existing in sports facilities in residential areas in China.The third chapter is the focus and difficulty of this paper.Through the actual investigation and work,this paper puts forward the systematic and design standards of the overall layout,and expounds the technical research contents of the repair planning of the sports facilities in the existing residential areas of the city from the aspects of the pre-investigation contents,the overall layout and the contents of the planning achievements.The fourth chapter is the research part of the repair planning and implementation strategy of the sports facilities in the existing residential areas of the city.Through thorough investigation,coordination of residents,property management,government relations,multi-channel solution to the problem of space shortage,construction,planning standards and local economic development,Five aspects of the construction and management mechanism of residential sports facilities adapted to the market economy are set forth,and the research on the repair planning and strategy of sports facilities in the existing residential areas of the city is described.Chapter 5 is the case analysis part.Through the analysis and expression of practical cases,this paper confirms the techniques and strategies of sports facilities repair planning in existing residential areas in the studied cities.Chapter 6 is a summary and outlook.
