With the development of society and technology,and the deepening of the process of industrialization,people’s living standard is getting better and better,but he environment humans live in has suffered severe damage and the problems are becoming more and more bad, such as frequent natural disaster, ecosystem destruction,energy depletion,people has profound awareness of the contradiction between man and nature is also increasingly prominent,the demand of consumers has changed from a single functional demand to the comprehensive,integrated multiple demand. Meanwhile,paying more attention to environmental problems. Natural biological after hundreds of millions of years of evolution,formed a highly harmony with environment to provide the direction of the green product innovation design.This paper mainly studies some theories and tools of mechanical product innovation design based on the above background,comprehensive analyzing the advantages of FESA、TRIZ and FBD.Then,this paper proposed the product innovation design method based on FESA/TRIZ/FBD.The main results are as follows:First, this paper analyzed the relationship of function 、 structure and environment,and proposed the FESA model based on the mapping model of function and structure,the model consider the environment into the process of product design to improve the coordination of product and environment.Second,the development of computer aided system of product bionic innovation design. This paper analyzed the similarity of product and biological system, building the general bio-engineering technological parameters based on the general engineering parameters of TRIZ.Then, analyzing the biological information and developing the computer aided system of product bionic innovation design to help designers to retrieve what they want.Thirdly,the choice of bionic ontology.the concept of function was born between engineering and biological system,this paper analyzed the biological information from the angle of material,energy,signal flow,and building the similarity matrix of biology and technology to select the optimal bionic ontology,it can help the designers to save a lot of time and energy.Finally,multivariate coupling bionics. The various functions which biology response to their environment,is not only the effect of single factor,but the interdependence mutual influence of various factors. Multivariate coupling bionics is more approach to the biological itself with proper coupling mechanism,can turn the mechanism of biological function to the engineering technology to achieve better innovation results.
