With the rapid development of science and technology,the consumption ability of population is becoming stronger and stronger,and the exploitation of resources is increasing,resulting in environmental pollution,resource shortage and other problems.In order to better promote the development of society,reasonable development and utilization of resources,the concept of sustainable development is increasingly well known.The production design of sustainable products is conducive to solving the current economic and social problems of resources and environment.Sustainable product design is to integrate the sustainable theory into product design,so as to reduce the waste of resources and promote the harmonious and sustainable development of society.At present,the research on sustainable product design is in the development stage,and the method and theoretical system of sustainable product design are not complete.In the process of innovation of design scheme,the feasibility and practicality of scheme implementation need to be further studied.The current designers in the sustainable product design,generally use brainstorming or according to their own design experience and design knowledge to put forward the scheme design,lack of systematic and efficient method for the output of the overall scheme.Therefore,this paper studies the deficiency of sustainable product design method,proposes a systematic and operable sustainable method system,and establishes the process of sustainable product design method,so as to improve the performance of sustainable product design.Aiming at this goal,this paper studies from the following aspects:(1)This paper makes a systematic and comprehensive analysis of sustainable product design,starting from each design stage of the product life cycle,and focuses on exploring the design requirements of sustainable products.(2)According to the product life cycle analysis,the method and process of obtaining sustainable product design requirements are put forward,and the matter-element model is used to describe the requirements in a standardized way.The fuzzy,repetitive and similar requirements are screened out,and the importance of requirements information is sorted by combining with grey relational analysis.(3)Aiming at the demand of sustainable product design,this paper puts forward the method of QFD to analyze the demand,that is,transforming the demand of sustainable product design into design elements from four aspects of product quality planning,parts configuration,process design and production control,so as to provide the direction for solving the design demand.(4)This paper analyzes the types of sustainable product design,constructs the correlation table of sustainable product design types and TRIZ standard engineering parameters by using case analysis method,and solves the sustainable design requirements by using the correlation table and conflict analysis,so as to make the conflict resolution theory more targeted and improve the design efficiency;for multi conflict problems,the material field analysis method is used to solve the problems raised by QFD Finally,a method based on priority evaluation is proposed to evaluate the design scheme of sustainable products.(5)Finally,the sustainable product design process based on QFD and TRIZ is established,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the sustainable product design process based on QFD and TRIZ are verified by taking the structure improvement of hand dryer as an example.
