The Distribution equipment of Transformer area is important support for Transformer area functions.due to the rainy weather in the south, the Distribution equipment of Transformer area which is exposed to sun and rain is likely to cause some damage to the insulation parts of the equipment;the operational methods of the Distribution equipment of Transformer area are still based on manpower. The efficiency of daily operation and maintenance is extremely low.in addition, the latest idea of operation and maintenance of condition based maintenance is more suitable for the operation and maintenance of today's power network, and the old way of operation and maintenance after"failure after replacement"has been phased out.Internet of Thing(IOT)by means of its own powerful network communication capabilities has become the focus of research in all industries According to the classic model of IOT,this paper design an online monitoring system for the equipment condition in Transformer area based on IOT.By referring to the change of characteristics of its own the equipment when the equipment fails to operate,a sensor for detecting the status of equipment is deployed to collect the information of the transformers,drop-out fuse and other equipment in order to construct the"perception layer"of the Internet of Things. In the area covered by th e public network, using the cellular data network and the TCP protocol as media to send and receive the collected data of the sensor through the wireless communicatio n device, this paper designs to use API data sharing mechanism of cloud server to effectively accomplish the effective access and transmission of data between the host computer and the lower level, achieving the overall function of"network layer".On the platform of"application layer",designing master detection system based on Visual Studio2013 and Qt software, combined with streamlined page design,a good embodiment of the host computer good interpersonal interaction interface, the system has achieved the functions of online data display and query,real-time acquisition and timing acquisition and so on.As a whole,it has realized the online monitoring and scientific management of equipment in Transformer area and laid a solid foundation for coordinating the maintenance of personnel in Transformer area.Based on national standards, for the status data of various types of equipment, this article sets a clear warning control. In the laboratory and the actual environment,throu-gh the GM(1.1)gray model algorithm predicting the transformer oil temperature exper iment, the experiment of temperature sensor on-line monitoring function, the transformer failure abnormal sound audio analysis experiment, the arrester resistance fundamental current method simulation analysis. The experiment verifies the feasibility of the on-line monitoring system of equipment condition in Transformer area as a whole.Combined with the actual case of power production,it can timely find out the reason of abnormal data of equipment, making the equipment online monitoring system achieve the practical effect of equipment condition monitoring and solving the problem of inefficiency in manpower operation and maintenance well.It is helpful to popularize the maintenance and repair ideas of"condition-Based Maintenance"advocated perpetually nowadays. This paper strives to solve all the equipment anomalies The online monitoring system of the Distribution equipment of Transformer area integrates many kinds of single monitoring technology of the distribution equipment online, combined with the latest information sharing mode, realizes the online monitoring function of the complete set area equipment, and has far-reaching significance for the construction of a strong distribution network.
