Most of the existing transformer online monitoring system are independent single monitoring,the Monitoring and diagnosis results are in a certain degree of help for the operation and maintenance,but at the same time bring two problems. Because of sending data Continuously, they bring Excess data, and people can not get useful Information from different monitoring system.A theory for transformer judgment and to solve this " excess data and lack of information " is the comprehensive utilization of the transformer monitoring data.The smart cockpit technology from China Southern Power Grid、a new generation of intelligent substation of the State Grid are follow this theory, basically aggregate and integrate the transformer body monitoring information and substation SCADA information.However, the form and development of the transformer faults are complicated, the fault often related to many factors. To realize a comprehensive monitoring and diagnosis of transformer also need other characteristics of the transformer.The IOT(Internet Of Things) technology can easily access the transformer operation status characteristics, which to realize the aware of equipment and devices, and of the equipment and the maintenance worker. Based on this, it is necessary to expand research on IOT based transformer online monitoring technology.This paper relies on the Yunnan Power Grid Project " Internet of Things for smart grid information aggregation technology research" do the research for transformer online monitoring system based on Internet of Things.By arrange the oil Chromatography-line^partial discharge and infrared monitoring technology of existing transformer, and by generalize the typical fault diagnosis algorithms such as Bayese、fuzzy rough theory-extendible phase and association rule algorithm, this paper propose a physical structure which constituted with perception layer、network layer and master layer. And then forward a new multi-dimensional method which is suitable to deal with the vast and manifold data of transformer. Meanwhile, according to requirement of monitoring scheme, this paper study the communication plan on WSN notes, then exploit a Zigbee based wireless apperceive network.
