Research On C Company Supplier Management Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

In recent years,China's nuclear power construction has entered a period of rapid growth.However,because the domestic nuclear power industry chain is not mature enough,resulting in the synergy between the general contractor of nuclear power projects and the suppliers of nuclear power equipment is insufficiency.At the same time,the general contractor of nuclear power projects has gradually realized that it is impossible to guarantee the long-term healthy development of nuclear power projects by itself.Only by cooperating with suppliers and complementing their respective superior resources can they be sustainable.Therefore,how to implement coordinated management to nuclear power equipment suppliers scientifically and effectively has become an important issue for the general contractor of nuclear power projects.Based on the above industrial background,this paper takes C company of nuclear power project general contractor as the research object.By studying the current situation of nuclear power equipment supply in China and the supplier management process of C company,it points out the necessity of C company to implement coordinated management of nuclear power equipment suppliers.Based on the analysis of the strategic importance of nuclear power project materials and the grade design of supplier of C company,the theory of supply chain coordination and cooperation is introduced to construct a comprehensive model of collaborative management of nuclear power equipment suppliers of C company.Then comprehensively systematically discuss the specific application and implementation of C company's nuclear power equipment supplier collaborative management from the aspects of strategic collaboration,tactic collaboration,technical collaboration and cultural collaboration,in order to solve the problem of insufficient coordination between C company and nuclear power equipment supplier.
