Research On Purchasing Management Strategy Of FL Company’s Strong Supplier In Supply Chain Environment

In such a competitive environment,enterprises are facing more and more challenges.In order to achieve sustainable competitiveness,it is not enough to only focus on the development of the enterprise itself,but also need to unite all enterprises in the supply chain,especially the suppliers located in the upstream of the supply chain.And those suppliers who have strong R&D ability,high technology and good product quality are often aggressive.They send good products to enterprises,improve their competitiveness,but also increase the difficulty of purchasing management.How to make full use of the advantages of strong suppliers and solve the management problems brought by them is the main purpose of this thesis.In this thesis,literature research,empirical research,quantitative and qualitative methods are used.First of all,through the analysis of the current situation of FL company’s strong supplier procurement management,four outstanding problems are summed up,namely,the selection and evaluation method of strong supplier is not scientific,the purchase planning is inaccurate,the purchase order execution rate is low and the level of inventory management is poor.Then,in view of the above problems,a detailed optimization scheme is formulated,which includes: establishing a scientific evaluation index system of strong supplier selection by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model;optimizing procurement plan of strong suppliers;enhancing purchase order timely confirmation rate and on-time delivery rate;promoting inventory management by the construction of inventory information sharing platform and VMI management.At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of maintaining the relationship with strong suppliers.At last,the thesis makes a brief analysis of the optimization effect,and expounds how to ensure the smooth implementation of the procurement strategy optimization scheme of strong suppliers from three aspects of human,technical and financial resources.This thesis takes a special group of suppliers-strong suppliers as the research object,puts forward the problems FL company encountered in managing such suppliers,analyzes them based on the thought of supply chain management,and gives solutions to the problems.It is hoped that the research could help the company to develop rapidly and provide reference for the relevant enterprises who also face strong supplier management problems.
