Research On Supplier Management Of A Company Based On Supply Chain Collaboration

Under the increasingly fierce competition in the global market,competition between enterprises has evolved into the field of supply chains.Under such circumstance,the level of supply chain coordination directly determines competitiveness of enterprises.The suppliers play a crucial role in meeting customers' needs,occupying and expanding the market.From the view of supply chain collaboration,how to optimize the supplier selection evaluation method,supplier performance evaluation plan and supplier relationship management playing an important role in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises,especially dealing with the complex and changing business environment.This thesis takes A Automobile Manufacturing Company as the research object and adopts a combination way of field research and interviews to obtain relevant data.Meanwhile,the thesis deeply surveys on present situation of supplier management and summarizes the company's problems in the section of supplier selection,supplier performance evaluation and supplier relationship management.Based on the idea of supply chain collaboration,the thesis researches the supplier management aiming to solve the Company A's supplier management problems.Firstly,the company's supplier selection process is redesigned and the supplier selection index are optimized by using analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,the thesis gives detailed criteria and descriptions of supplier performance evaluation,optimizes performance evaluation indicators,adds more performance evaluation subjects and further improves supplier performance evaluation management.Thirdly,the ABC classification method is used to classify suppliers,and different management methods for different types of suppliers are proposed to optimize the relationship between enterprises and suppliers.Finally,in order to successfully implement the methods above,safeguard measures are proposed in the thesis.The research in this thesis has certain guiding significance for improving the company's supplier management level.
