Everyone knows that convenient transportation can promote the local economic development.As China develops its economy,more and more people are turning their attention to the construction of road tunnels.However,the problems here are as follows:First,when the driver enters or leaves the tunnel,if the brightness difference between the inside and outside of the hole is too large,the driving experience will be affected,and the traffic accident will be caused by the heavy one.Second,many tunnels are not properly set against brightness,which increases operating costs and is a waste of energy.This topic is from Zhejiang Shenghui Lighting limited company.In order to solve the above problems,we have studied and designed a smart lighting control system.The system is divided into four parts,namely environmental detection module,eight-loop switch control module,two-circuit dimming control module,and upper computer control module.The out-of-hole detection module can detect the real-time brightness,color temperature,temperature outside the current hole.The result of the brightness value according to the treatment of the Highway Tunnel Lighting Design Rules is called the demand value and is used as an input to the feedback system.The inner environment detection module conists of the inner environment probe.The main function is to collect the brightness value in the hole as the actual value and input it into the feedback system to form a closed loop system.The closed-loop feedback system in the upper computer module processes the result and transmits the result to the two-circuit dimming controller and the eight-loop switch controller for corresponding dimming work.STM32 is used as the core chip of these modules.The upper computer control module is developed based on the C#language of the.NET development environment.It can display the received inner and outer environmental data values and save them into the database.At the same time,the feedback system results can be sent to the second circuit.Dimmer and eight-loop switch controller.The lighting system designed in this paper is simulated in the laboratory environment,and the operation is stable.The final result can show that the system can meet the demand.
