The lighting control system of the high-speed tunnel is mainly for the adjustment of the lighting environment inside the tunnel,providing a good driving environment for the driver.However,at present,most of the tunnel lighting systems are simple in design and have high power consumption,ignoring the effects of the differences in the external and internal environment of the tunnel on the visual effect and the difficulty in guaranteeing the actual lighting effect.In view of the deficiency of traditional tunnel lighting system,the closed loop feedback lighting control system is designed in this paper.The system mainly includes control host unit,data acquisition unit,lighting monitoring unit and lighting dimming unit.The environmental data and vehicle information which were detected by the data acquisition unit in real time are the input values of the system.The actual lighting data in the tunnel monitored by the lighting monitoring unit serve as the feedback value of the system.The system formulates the dimming strategy according to the input value and dynamically adjusts the dimming strategy according to the feedback value.The specific dimming strategy serves as the output value of the system.The lighting dimming unit performs the corresponding dimming control according to the system output value.The whole system forms a closed loop feedback loop,which can ensure the actual lighting to achieve the ideal effect.The control host unit adopts industrial control computer,and the rest units are designed and made based on the STM32 and Modbus protocols.Finally,the system function is tested.The precision of data acquisition and the control of light dimming are tested.The communication data transmission between units was tested.The control effect of dimming based on closed loop feedback is tested.The anti-interference and load capacity of each unit were tested.According to the test results,the system is safe and reliable,which can guarantee the real-time lighting effect to reach the expected effect.It can ensure the safety of driving while making the driver get the best visual experience.And can minimize energy consumption.
