The Study Of Two-way Population Flow And Its Leading Mechanism In Rural Areas In New Period

In the process of rapid urbanization,large-scale and one-way rural-urban population flow has resulted in the sharp reduction of population,imbalance of population structure,hollowing out of villages and degradation of public services in rural areas,which has led to the growing imbalance and inadequate development problems.With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era,promoting the two-way flow of urban and rural factors has become the key to the development of rural areas,and the two-way flow of population is the focus of promoting the development of rural areas.Based on the classical theories of dualistic economic development and Maslow's hierarchy of needs,this paper establishes the research route of "problem investigation-cause analysis-factor analysis-practice summary-mechanism study" by using empirical research methods.Taking three villages in Yinzi Town of Weihai City as the research object,this paper makes a thorough investigation of the process and problems of population flow and analyses the causes of the problems.Reasons and influencing factors,and then discussed the mechanism of guiding the two-way flow of population.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,this paper differentiates the concepts of population two-way flow,labor force return and counter-urbanization,and expounds the value and significance of studying population twoway flow and its guiding mechanism from two aspects of theory and practice.At the same time,this paper combs the research progress of related theories at home and abroad,and obtains the first-hand data of population and its flow in three villages,which lays a foundation for the analysis of population flow in rural areas.Secondly,this paper describes the current population situation of the three villages in Yinzi Town,Weihai City,and draws the conclusion that the main problems are the sharp decrease of the total population and the imbalance of the population structure.Based on the analysis of the general situation and forms of population mobility,this paper summarizes three main reasons for population mobility: economy,life and personal attributes,as well as two major influencing factors: one is a series of urbanization-oriented policies such as household registration policy and real estate;the other is the restriction of rural development caused by the problems of collective construction land use,housing land approval,agricultural industry development and so on.Thirdly,combined with the strategic planning of rural rejuvenation and development in Yinzi,this paper combs the planning measures that can effectively promote the reflux of population,including narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas through industrial upgrading,improving living conditions through human settlements,improving public service level through improving facilities,and promoting the integration of production,life and ecology through ecological environment transformation.Furthermore,this paper summarizes the guiding mechanism of two-way population flow,that is,to carry out land consolidation and promote agricultural industrialization,encourage market participants to be introduced into the countryside,innovate cooperative mechanism to strengthen collective and individual economy,and establish a two-way mechanism of urban-rural interaction.Finally,this paper summarizes the research conclusions and prospects.It is suggested that the limitations of case studies should be overcome in the follow-up study,and that the study on the guiding mechanism of two-way population flow in different types and regions of rural areas should be supplemented.
