In recent years,the prefabricated building has developed rapidly in China,but due to the use of factory production and on-site assembly,the design and construction of the prefabricated building is very different from the traditional cast-in-place structure.As far as its design is concerned,based on the traditional design,it is also necessary to consider the feasibility of factory processing and on-site installation.The introduction of these factors is difficult to solve by relying on two-dimensional deepening design.Often because of insufficient design depth,it not only affects industrial production and on-site installation,but also seriously restricts the promotion and application of fabricated structures.The visualization and parameterization of BIM technology makes it possible to deepen the design of the fabricated structure.Based on the full study of fabricated structural design,factory production and on-site installation,combined with the secondary development of BIM software,this paper systematically studies the deepening design of fabricated shear wall components.The research contents are as follows:(1)The parametric design model of assembling shear wall members is put forward by deepening the design research.The information of complicated opening configuration,opening edge design,connecting beam design,structure design under the opening,specification requirements and accessory components are parameterized.At the same time,the problems of standardization of component production and collision during installation are well solved.(2)Through the secondary development of Dynamo,the parameterized design of assembled shear wall is realized in BIM software,and the visualized design method of BIM of shear wall component based on CAD data driver is proposed and implemented.(3)According to the characteristics of assembled structure,a lightweight parametric design method for BIM model of assembled shear wall based on virtual reality platform is proposed,which provides model support for solving collision problem and visual management in construction.(4)Taking practical engineering as an example,the parametric design of BIM of shear wall component driven by CAD data is realized by combining CAD data with Dynamo secondary development,which can generate a key of component splitting design.Through the design of parameterized model of assembled shear wall components,the secondary development of BIM software,the lightweight research of BIM models and the application of Engineering examples,this paper intentionally explores and practices the deepening design of assembled shear wall components.
