At present,China actively promotes the development of prefabricated steel structure residential buildings and vigorously improves the rural living environment.In recent years,zhangjiakou region has introduced the policy of "hollow village" merger,and the whole village has been relocated.Prefabricated building is to standardize architectural design,factory parts,field construction and assembly,and integrate civil construction and decoration,connecting the whole process of production and construction into a complete industrial system.In order to reduce environmental pollution and save construction resources for the purpose.The quality of rural residence is an important link in China's rural construction in the new era,which is related to China's urbanization construction and the improvement of rural farmers' quality of life.In the past,when houses were built in rural areas,there were quality and safety risks in the construction by farmers' experience.The external walls were not insulated,which led to high heat loss in winter and uncomfortable living conditions.In view of a series of problems,it is imperative to introduce a new type of assembled low-energy steel structure farm house,which is safe,economical and fast to build.Research a kind of suitable for rural construction in zhangjiakou region prefabricated residential housing system,the application of low energy consumption building system in the building,green building,passive building suitable technology,low energy consumption and consider a clean and renewable energy as the main energy supply of houses when using form,is suitable for the three layers of the following(including three layers)of rural residence,is safe and reliable structure,convenient installation,assembling a high proportion of low energy consumption farmhouse,prefabricated steel structure system.This farmhouse system design USES standard building blocks,the region around the factory unified processing production,mechanical transportation and close to the field assembly construction installation,improve the farmhouse industry overall technical level and engineering safety and quality standards,reduce the farmhouse,the whole construction period,consider the transportation problem,reduce the components of transportation cost,make the farmhouse system can get the widespread promotion and application in this area.The key point of the study is to find out three combination patterns of prefabricated residential houses that are suitable for local rural life style,in line with the main structure of light steel structure and the module of outer clapboard,and adopt modular combination of low-energy residential house layout.The energy consumption of the farm house is analyzed by tsinghua siwei building energy saving calculation software,and the energy consumption result of the building is obtained.From the passive,green building suitable for residential design theory,renewable solar hot water and other new energy technology,building envelope insulation materials,thermal bridge structure of the external protection node processing and other aspects of research,which is suitable for local low energy consumption standards of prefabricated steel structure residential.
