With the rapid development of China's economy and the real estate industry still as the pillar industry,reducing energy consumption in the construction sector,developing green and environment-friendly structure and realizing the sustainable development of the construction industry have become the main direction of China's structural research.At present,residential construction consumes a large amount of resources and energy throughout the life cycle,which has a huge impact on the construction of ecological civilization.Under the background of national ecological civilization construction,China's building energy conservation work has been further strengthened and improved,and major achievements have been made in key energy conservation projects under construction,existing buildings,public function buildings,renewable energy,environmental protection buildings,and green buildings.Therefore,accelerating building energy conservation work is an important measure to realize green and low-carbon development,and building energy consumption data is the foundation of scientific building energy conservation work.According to the production practice in developed countries,the industrialization of structure based on building assembly is the most effective way to reduce building energy consumption.At the same time,the architecture of the new era also bears people's demand for a healthier and more comfortable living space.In recent years,"prefabricated buildings" mentioned the national level in order to achieve the purpose of energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection.All parts of the country have set up work targets related to prefabricated buildings,issued relevant support policies,and increased the relevant support.The executive meeting of the state council also proposed to support the development of prefabricated components and promote structural adjustment and upgrading of the construction industry.Precast reinforced concrete building huge market capacity,prefabricated concrete component is the core of the industrial structure,in the process of construction,the main structure construction stage determines the size of the whole building energy consumption of construction energy consumption,but using prefabricated concrete for the construction of the main structure stage what is the specific energy consumption,with the cast-in-place structure main body construction phase of building energy consumption compared to how,at present,there are few research at home and abroad.Through literature review,this paper establishes basic energy calorific value base by using library,network and other resources.Through questionnaire survey,communicate directly with related technical personnel to establish list database and parameter database.The method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is used to measure building energy consumption.Case analysis method is also used to make comparative analysis from production,transportation and installation engineering.It is concluded that energy consumption of prefabricated buildings is smaller than that of traditional buildings in the construction stage of main structure construction,so as to verify the importance of prefabricated buildings to energy saving and fully demonstrate the application value of prefabricated buildings in energy saving.
