| The power communication network is an important supporting network in the production and operation of power enterprise in China.It is the main platform for the construction of smart grids and an information network in the power system and an important infrastructure for power systems,which plays an important role in the safe and stable operation of the power system.The safe use of power communication equipment is a prerequisite for the safe operation of the power grid,and the on-site operation and maintenance of power communication is an important means to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power communication network.However,at present,there are some problems in the operation and maintenance system of power communication network,such as the lack of actual information on site,and the lack of communication between the operation and maintenance site and the backstage.Therefore,it is imperative to introduce new operation and maintenance technology to improve the level of information interaction between operation and maintenance scenes and backgrounds.The use of information push technology can solve these problems to some extent.By analyzing the information returned from the operation and maintenance site and combining the capability level of the operation and maintenance personnel to push the required information for the operation and maintenance personnel can improve the level of information interaction between operation and maintenance personnel and the background,thereby improving the quality of operation and maintenance.At present,the on-site operation and maintenance of the power communication network does not use the information push technology,and only rely on the operation and maintenance personnel to actively search for the information they need.Due to the lack of relevant information of operation and maintenance personnel in the process of information retrieval,the retrieval results are the same for the same request of different operation and maintenance personnel.It is impossible to give individualized results according to the characteristics of the operation and maintenance personnel,and cannot meet the needs of on-site operation and maintenance of the power communication network.To this end,this paper focuses on the method of on-site operation and maintenance information push content selection in power communication network,designs the on-site operation and maintenance push content selection rules of power communication network,and proposes a rule-based power communication network on-site operation and maintenance push content selection algorithm.The details include:1)For the problems in power communication network such that the informatization of on-site operation and maintenance is in a low level,and the scenarios are complex and diverse,and there is a lot of types of information,selection rules for push content about on-site operation and maintenance in power communication network are designed.Firstly,in order to solve the problem that the power communication network on-site operation and maintenance pushes a variety of content and the content is difficult to express,this paper establishes a push content model by classification and refinement.Classify the push content into alarm information,feedback information and auxiliary information,and analyze the three types of content and select the key filter object as the auxiliary information.Secondly,abstract the operation and maintenance personnel,and establish a user model according to the capability level of the operation and maintenance personnel.Finally,by using the push content model and user model,design the push content selection rules.The rules abstract both the business types of operation and maintenance and the capability levels of the operation and maintenance personnel,and use them as the main part of the rules to improve the relationship between the rules and the operation and maintenance scenarios,and thus improve the personalized level of push.2)For the problems in power communication network such that the system the operation and maintenance system cannot push personalized operation and maintenance information for specific operation and maintenance scenarios and operation and maintenance personnel,and the rule matching efficiency is low,a rule-based push content decision algorithm for on-site operation and maintenance in power communication network is proposed.Firstly,based on the content selection rules of power communication on-site operation and maintenance,this paper designs a rule-based push content decision model in power communication network and describes the information push process.Then,proposes a rule-matching algorithm based on improved RETE algorithm,using alpha node hashing method to improve the matching speed of the alpha node,improving the node sharing rate of the alpha network and reducing the complexity of the alpha network by changing the order of the conditions in the rule,and improving the efficiency of rule matching.Finally,proposes the push content decision method based on dynamic threshold.According to the accuracy and recall rate of the push,improve the accuracy and effectiveness of information push by dynamically adjusting push thresholds.Simulation experiments show that the proposed algorithm can not only adapt to changing scenes,but also greatly improve the accuracy and recall rate of information push,and improve the quality and efficiency of on-site operation and maintenance in power communication network. |
