Research On Index System And Evaluation Standard Of Greenroads For Jiangxi Province

In recent years,The Ministry of Communications has carried out the construction of typical demonstration projects of nationwide Greenroads,which also pushes the development of Greenroads heavily in China.Currently,domestic assessment technology of Greenroads is immature because this project involves a wide range of fields.For instance,Different provinces have their unique geographical conditions,which makes problems in the evaluation process of Green-Highway.Therefore,how to combine the actual situation and the regional characteristics of diverse provinces as well as establishing the corresponding Greenroads evaluation standard is urgent.The specific research contents of this paper include: on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing research results of green highway theory,the connotation,definition and characteristics of green highway are given.Based on the green performance theory of highway,the evaluation model of green highway system is established,and the construction and maintenance links of green highway pavement in Jiangxi Province are investigated on the spot,the impact on environment,resources and engineering quality at micro and macro levels is analyzed.According to the principles and methods of index system construction,the index database is established by referring to the evaluation index of green highway of authoritative organizations at home and abroad.According to the index screening framework,the indexes of the index database are screened accordingly,and the primary indexes are obtained,utilizing efficiency ratio and Ma Tian system theory to detect and optimize the primary indicators,the evaluation index system of Greenroads in Jiangxi Province is established.On the basis of the index system,the evaluation criteria of green highway are studied.The evaluation criteria are composed of three parts: quantitative criteria,weight assignment and evaluation method selection.Based on the analysis of the composition of the evaluation criteria and the actual situation of Jiangxi Province,in terms of the quantitative criteria of evaluation indicators,according to the existing quantitative criteria of indicators,the quantitative criteria of the corresponding indicators of Jiangxi Greenroads are formulated.In the aspect of evaluation index empowerment,through quantitative analysis of resources,environment and pollution in Jiangxi Province,combined with subjective and objective empowerment methods and coupling weights,the weight of each evaluation index is assigned.In the selection of evaluation methods,the advantages and disadvantages of various commonly used evaluation methods are analyzed.According to the evaluation characteristics of Greenroads,two sets of comprehensive evaluation methods,grey system and fuzzy matter element,are selected to evaluate the Greenronads in Jiangxi Province.Finally,the index system and evaluation criteria are integrated to form a complete set of evaluation criteria for green highway in Jiangxi Province.In order to verify the feasibility of the evaluation criterion and the applicability of the evaluation method,Guangji Expressway,a typical Greenroads in Jiangxi Province,is selected as an example.The weights of indicators are calculated by subjective and objective weighting methods and coupling weighting methods respectively,the superiority of coupling weighting is tested by Spielman correlation coefficient.Then,the green evaluation results of Guangji Expressway are calculated by two comprehensive evaluation methods combined with the index weights.The feasibility of the evaluation criteria and the applicability of the evaluation methods are verified by comparing and analyzing the two evaluation results.The paper makes up for the shortage of the theory of green highway comprehensive evaluation in Jiangxi province,it also provides a theoretical basis and reference basis for other provinces in China to carry out corresponding evaluation studies.But the comprehensive evaluation of green highway is a complex system work,and the dynamics of social development is difficult to ensure the stability of relevant parameters.Therefore,further research can be done in future.
