Mountain highway has the characteristics of linear complexity,long longitudinal slope,high altitude and so on.Because of frequent braking,fast anti-skid attenuation and low road table function,the road surface freezes and is not easy to melt under the weather of ice,snow and cold rain in winter,the braking of vehicles is out of control,resulting in frequent traffic accidents.Anticoagulant ice microsurface is a new type of preventive maintenance technology for asphalt pavement.This technology can not only repair the road surface function,but also reduce the freezing point of road surface water by special anticoagulant aggregate in its mixture.It can inhibit the freezing of road surface in a certain temperature range(above-5 ?).Road early warning spraying deicing technology is a more intelligent road surface deicing technology The method can spray deicing liquid in time after winter rain and snow weather or pavement icing,and complete the snowmelt ice melting work on the road surface,but its disadvantage is that the cost is high and it is not suitable for large area application.Therefore,this paper studies how to combine the early warning spraying deicing technology of anticoagulant ice microsurface and road early warning spraying,so as to achieve the active anti-freezing ice of the whole section of micro-surface maintenance and the special section of intelligent spraying system(longitudinal long slope,tunnel entrance and exit,accident-prone section,etc.).The effect of deicing.The active anticoagulant ice system is of great significance to solve the problems of road congestion and traffic safety caused by winter ice and snow weather in mountain roads.In this paper,through the literature research and analysis of the existing anticoagulant ice microsurface and road early warning spraying deicing technology,the integration scheme of active anticoagulant ice system is put forward,and its action mechanism is analyzed and explained.Then the performance test of the material was carried out,and the preparation of anticoagulant ice aggregate was completed,which prepared for the mix proportion design of AMS-3microsurface mixture.Secondly,the gradation design of AMS-3microsurface mixture was completed by mixing test,demulsification time test and cohesion test,and the optimum dosage of modified emulsified asphalt was determined by wet wheel wear test and negative wheel bonded sand test.Completion of AMS-3microsurface mixture mix proportion design;Afterthat,the precipitation conditions of anticoagulant ice material on the micro surface,the optimum fracture temperature of packaging material,the ultimate anticoagulant ice temperature and the amount of rainfall(snow)were tested and investigated,and the suitable deicing materials were selected for the spraying system.The critical freezing temperature of each concentration of deicing material was determined by freezing test.Finally,the road performance of AMS-3anti-freezing ice microsurface is verified by wheel rut deformation test,wet wheel wear test and structural depth test.Through the micro intelligent spraying system of the internal components,it is proved that it can complete the spraying task according to the set parameters,and the static and dynamic(wheel rut rolling)test methods are used to solve the main problem.The comprehensive effect of dynamic anti-freezing system is evaluated,and the overall evaluation of the integration effect of active anti-freezing system is completed through the analysis and calculation of the construction cost of active anti-freezing system.The results show that AMS-3microsurface can inhibit pavement icing under the action of physicochemical synthesis under the condition of anti-freezing limit,and when the content of anticoagulant ice aggregate is 50%,The road performance and anticoagulant ice resistance of AMS-3type anticoagulant ice surface are better.The results of limit anticoagulant performance test and critical icing temperature test of spraying materials can be used as the working parameters of intelligent spraying deicing system.The critical freezing temperature of the new composite CMA deicing solution with concentration of 50% is-29?,which can resist the minimum temperature of pavement in winter in most areas of China,and the reliability of pavement freezing early warning system can meet the requirements of active anticoagulant ice.The design and use requirements of the system.The evaluation results of the comprehensive anticoagulant performance of the system show that the active anticoagulant ice system integrated in this study can realize the freezing early warning 2 hours in advance and complete the task of ice suppression and thawing.Although the initial construction cost is high,the overall economic benefit is good.The active anticoagulant ice system has the characteristics of strong comprehensiveness,high intelligence,low operation risk and good ice suppression and deicing effect.
