Study On Renewal Design Of Old Residential Areas From The Perspective Of Urban Renovation

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has experienced the largest and fastest urbanization in history.While performing the miracle of rapid development,we should also clearly see the problems and contradictions facing the city.Especially in the old residential areas,there are more severe objective reality,facing more serious urban problems,such as inadequate supply of public service facilities,increasing traffic congestion,disorder of the old city style,deterioration of the ecological environment of the old city,and so on.How to solve these problems step by step,the concept of "urban repair" provides a new theoretical guidance for the renewal of old residential areas.In 2015,Sanya was listed as the first pilot city of "urban renovation" by the Ministry of Housing and Construction,emphasizing the problem and goal as the orientation of old residential renewal,emphasizing the harmonious coexistence of artificial environment and natural environment,and meeting the renewal needs of solving old residential problems.At present,the research and practice of the renewal of old residential areas under the concept of "urban repair" is still in the initial and exploratory stage in China.Therefore,this paper attempts to explore the renewal planning strategy of old residential areas under the concept of "urban repair",seeking to solve the main problems of old residential areas while dealing with the relationship between their natural ecology and built environment.On the basis of sorting out the relevant concepts of "urban repair",this paper analyses the problems of land use,landscape and environment,context continuation,renewal and security of old residential areas.It is pointed out that the next step in the renewal of old residential areas should focus on value orientation,renewal objectives,renewal methods and transformation of renewal work,and construct problem-oriented and goal-oriented renewal technical means to solve the problems in the environment,social context,safeguards and other aspects of old residential areas,so as to achieve sustainable development of old residential areas.Finally,take Desheng Street Community in Zhangjiakou City as an example to carry out empirical research,in order to improve the theory of old residential renewal and guide the practice of community renewal of Desheng Street in Zhangjiakou City,and provide some reference for the problem of old residential renewal in China.
