Research On Renewal Strategies Of Old Residential Areas In Urban Centers Based On Urban Agriculture Theory

Rational,healthy and sustainable is the goal of the development of urbanization in the future,but to achieve this goal,we can not ignore the problems existing in many old residential areas in the urban central city.These old settlements were built more than 80 to 90 s of last century and have been used for 20 to 30 years.During the period of rapid social development,some of the original facilities,sites and greening of residential areas have become old and abandoned with daily use or neglect.Therefore,the renewal and transformation of old residential areas in central cities is imperative.At the same time,the problem of energy exhaustion,environmental deterioration,food shortage and communication decline are all challenges and obstacles to the development of urbanization in the future.The development of urban agriculture has brought new ideas and directions to solve the above urban problems.Urban agriculture combines the natural environment with the artificial environment,and builds the ecological system by itself,increasing the urban biodiversity,ensuring the security of the urban grain,alleviating the problem of urban garbage and further expanding the green space.The old residential area of urban central urban area,which is based on the urban agricultural theory,has provided many kinds of leisure and entertainment space for the residents because of the richness and diversity of the community landscape environment,enriching the daily activities of the residents,making more people able to participate in the activities and forming a good interior in the community.The educational atmosphere improves the quality of life of community residents in all aspects,and promotes community public health,and stimulates the public vitality of community.Therefore,the transformation and renewal of the old residential area through urban agriculture can change the existing dilapidated environment of the old residential area on the one hand,on the other hand,standardize the sustainable utilization mode of contemporary resources,and improve the sustainable development ability of the city.First,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic review of the literature,exploring and clarifying the research theory and practice of the renewal of the old residential area and the development of urban agriculture(the first,second chapter).On the basis of the theory and practice,this paper further analyzes the renovation and renewal of urban central old residential area based on the theory of Urban Agriculture: the necessity of the shortage and shortcomings of the old residential area,and the feasibility of the questionnaire analysis of the residents living in the old residential area,and the theory of urban and rural planning and agriculture Development theory,experience economy theory and social interaction theory are the theoretical support for the integration of old residential renewal and urban agriculture theory(the third chapter).From three aspects of space design,ecological technology and operation participation,the renovation and renewal strategy of urban central old residential area based on the theory of urban agriculture was put forward,and an ecological system(fourth chapters)formed by the transformation of the old residential area was constructed.Finally,taking the Tianjin Hexi District Yuxian Li District as a concrete case,the empirical analysis was carried out,and the ecological situation after the reconstruction of the residential area was quantified with the economic value,and the fifth,sixth chapter was summarized and prospected.It is hoped that through this study,the renewal and renewal strategy of urban old residential area based on the theory of urban agriculture is put forward,which can provide a reference scheme to improve the environmental quality and ecological quality of the old residential area,solve the single dilemma of green space and ensure the security of the urban grain,so as to realize the revitalization and sustainable development of the old residential area,and expand the development of the old residential area.The idea of integrating urban agriculture into other urban sites and spaces.Better coordinated development between urban and rural integration and environmental sustainability will guide urban agriculture towards new directions.
