Research On The Urban Renewal Design Of Residential Area

As one of the oldest building types,housing is closely related to people's life,the results showed that in residential construction accounts for at least half of the city overall architecture type,it constitutes the basic features of the city.China's real estate market reform since 1998,after 20 years of rapid development,the housing market from supply insufficient overall into local,from insufficient total amount into structural imbalance,the development of urban residential building is from used to simply meet the demand of the number of stages into paying equal attention to both the quantity and quality of development.In terms of housing itself,in the area,types,materials and technology,great changes have taken place in many aspects,most in use built in last century 70 s ~ 90 s residential building materials and technologies,and later when subject to build maintenance and management,has a comprehensive old phenomenon,some even are unable to meet the needs of the residents' quality of life today.These houses are in urgent need of transformation to achieve the sustainable use of existing homes.The first chapter of this thesis based on the research of the domestic and foreign literature,to "70 s ~ 90 s last century in our country has both residential" as the research object,and the related concepts and the research scope is defined,at the same time,made clear in the background,of cultivation of new type of urbanization and urban organic update as the guiding ideology of this research;The second chapter combines the four excellent regeneration cases at home and abroad to sort out the reform ideas and techniques of existing residential areas,and summarize the common laws of various existing residential areas.Third chapter combines Nanjing existing settlements of status,from the renewal,transformation,energy conservation transformation of existing residential building,and illustrates the related policy,public participation mechanism and so on,summarizes and induces the nanjing both the improvement of residential design strategy and design method,so as to update the development countermeasures of existing residential provides a new and feasible,conforms to the sustainable development thought and model,to promote the sustainable development of the city,and continue urban context,and to improve the quality of life,but also provide theory support for the later project practice part;Fourth chapter "Ming city wall along the old residential area environment comprehensive improvement" project of engineering practice,based on the existing residential renovation design strategies and methods of research,this paper takes the project of "egrets new countryside reconstruction project as an example,the theoretical research part,the application and development so as to extend the residence use fixed number of year,truly improve the quality of living,and meet the requirements of modern living demand,and realize the sustainable development of both the residential house;The fifth chapter summarizes the results of this research and summarizes the deficiencies of this research,so as to be improved in the follow-up study.In this thesis,the design methods of the renovation and renovation of existing residential areas in Nanjing are available for reference and reference by other scholars and practitioners.
