China has already entered an aging society,especially in the Northeast because of the impact of population loss.The country's diversified development of provide for the aged and the vigorous promotion of nursing homes are all important decisions in response to an aging society.In order to optimize and improve the design of nursing homes at the current stage,Kansei Engineering,which is commonly used in product design,is integrated into space design.Kansei Engineering is the extraction of people's feelings in a scientific way.It analyzes and summarizes them in a quantitative and graphical way.It integrates the optimized data into the methods of design,and it is the focus of this research to feel that the basis for the optimization of space design.This topic was mainly rely on the optimization of the space for nursing homes.Apply research methods,experimental methods,literature methods,quantitative qualitative analysis methods,based on the theory of Kansei Engineering,two kinds of perceptual data acquisition experiments were conducted to study and optimize the space for nursing homes.Through investigating the situation of the current nursing homes in Shenyang and Jinzhou of Liaoning Province,experimental samples were set up,and middle-aged people in the area were used as subjects to conduct experiments.1.The spatial sensory index analysis experiment is based on virtual reality(VR)immersive experience method and semantic difference method(SD method)to evaluate sensory index evaluation on the set simulation space sample.The sample is based on compliance with national regulations and it is also based on variable design elements.The samples included:plant height,width of the garden road,spatial hue,and space height.Each group of three corresponding variables was compared.The resulting data was summarized by statistical methods to obtain the subject's tendency to optimize the controllable space.2.The eye tracking analysis experiment of the environmental facility uses the eye tracker to observe the eye movement position of the set sample to obtain the corresponding data,and the eye movement image processing is performed through the computer supporting software,the data image obtained is analyzed.The purpose is to obtain the testee's choice of type of nursing home facilities.The facility sample set includes outdoor squares,promenades,tree-line gardens,rockeries,ponds,pavilions,greenhouses,and leisure and fitness areas;indoor reading rooms,leisure areas,classrooms,projection rooms,KTV,computer rooms,and exercise rooms.Based on the analysis of eye movement data,the trend of the interest area was obtained.The conclusion of the paper It is known from the two experimental conclusions that the active sensory index for the measured object is an open outdoor environment and a safe indoor environment.The plant height in the outdoor environment is suitable to not block the line of sight,and the width of the garden road is 1.5 m>X>6 m to obtain more positive perceptual data;According to the result of the eye movement test,the outdoor interest area of men and women are the square and the natural scenery,and the indoor interest areas of man and woman are sports facilities and recreational facilities.Therefore,through the capture of middle-aged middle class sensibility data in Shenyang and Jinzhou,and optimization of the environmental intent of some spaces in the Jinzhou Comprehensive Aged Care Service Center,and the data was again obtained through perceptual research.The optimized environment in the conclusion can make the people increased recognition of nursing home environments,it can also reduce the blind planning of operators for nursing homes.
