Quantitative Study Of Kensei Engineering On Medical Nursing Bed Which Facing The Rehabilitation Improvement

In past several decades, advancement of science and technology promotes rapiddevelopment of life science and health care industries. But the following problem ofaggravated aging society and gradually improved conscious of health care makepeople demand more for disease prevention and rehabilitation. This topic comes froma university-industry cooperation projects--Design of Hebei Pukang medical nursingbed. As a typical product of medical industry, a problem relating to the design ofmedical nursing bed is that whether it works auxiliary in recover and promotion ofpeople health.This article bases on the platform of medical care bed, and adopts a quantitativemethod of Kansei Engineering and combines cognitive psychology, aesthetic principle,study design kansei image of medical nursing bed quantitative, improve and enhancenursing bed in the user health recovery effect, and provides a feasible way for theresearch and development of new products. The key innovation point of thisdissertation is applying quantitative method of Kansei engineering to the actualproduct development, and extracting user needs, establishing models, instructingproduct design and development. This study has the following findings.1. According to existing market information of medical nursing bed and userKansei demands obtained by user research, understand forming process of Kanseicognitive image and meanwhile perform preliminary analysis on medical careproducts.2. collect basic properties and behavior data of customers through methods suchas questionnaire survey and customer interviews. Then conclude expected userdemand list by analyzing these information, finally, preliminary user demand isestablished.3. on the basis of research on Kansei engineering theory, a quantitative researchmethod which uses multi quantitative method such as semantic difference method,factor analysis method to conduct research on medical nursing bed is promoted. Withquantitative analyzing results of Kansei factors, elements of Kansei image design inappearance design of medical nursing bed are extracted and user modals, feasibilitystandards and design orientation can also be established. 4. based on user demand analysis and quantitative outcomes of Kansei factors,and with the combination of user Kansei demand, feasibility standards and designorientation, a practical design of medical nursing bed is presented.The method of combining quantitative method of Kansei engineering with actualproject proposed in this article provides constructive idea for designing similarproducts and also provides a reference in other designing areas. Furthermore, itprovides more ideas for future development of enterprise product design.
