The railway passing capacity is the basis for planning the development of the railway.It is the basis for compiling the train working diagram,organizing the train operation and dispatching command,and is the basic parameter for the railway train organization work.In addition,through the ability calculation method is still a research work with great difficulty.For many years,professional and technical personnel have been studying this problem and exploring new,practical and relatively accurate methods,but the effect has been unsatisfactory.Theories and methods are difficult to put into practical transportation production applications.Therefore,the research on the calculation method of railway passing capacity has important significance for the organization of railway transportation in China and the improvement of scientific research level in this field.In this paper,the concept of railway passing capacity is further introduced,and the factors affecting the railway passing capacity are analyzed.This paper also summarizes the typical passing capacity.calculation methods at home and abroad.It is found that the UIC406 method has important reference significance for calculating the railway passing capacity in China.Based on this,a railway passing capacity calculation method based on train operation map compression and encryption is proposed.Based on the actuality of China's railways,this paper studies the compression method of redundancy time and the method of encrypting the trains in the idle time of the train working diagram,and determines the specific implementation steps of the train working diagram compression and encryption method and the passing capacity calculation formula.The train working diagram compression method are mainly contain following 6 steps:Step1: Sort all of the trains on the train working diagram by direction;Step2: Starting from the second train,the time at which the trains can be compressed at each station of the running line is obtained;Step3: Get the time when the train can be compressed as a whole;Step4: Obtain the time that the trains and subsequent trains can be compressed relative to the trains before the trains;Step5: Shifting the train and subsequent train groups to the left by the compression time obtained in Step 4;Step6: Repeat Step5 until the last train group is executed.This paper also study determines the specific compression steps for considering the compression of the over-the-road trains,considering the train stop time compression and the single-track railway.According to the train working diagram compression encryption method,the railway passing capacity calculation system was compiled,and the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and the Xuzhou-Bengbu section of the Beijing-Shanghai Railway were taken as examples to test the passing capacity calculation system.The results show that the calculation method based on the train working diagram compression and encryption can solve the relationship between the complex train lines of China's railways,and fully respect the structure of the existing operation diagrams and the order of train running lines.Considering the relationship between each type of interval of each station to compress the train operation map,it is also possible to consider the time of the over-the-line train and stop,and the calculation result is fine.The method also fully considers the relationship between the passing capacity and the quality of service.The passing capacity calculated according to this method can dynamically change with the corresponding transportation service quality,and the calculation result can provide various aspects references for the railway operation management department.
