JM series hoisting reducer is a hard gear face hoisting reducer,which is widely used in port,construction industry and other industries requiring hoisting.The steps of designing reducer are complicated,and a lot of charts and calculations are needed in the redesign process.Traditional design methods can no longer meet the needs of society.With the development and maturity of CAD technology,the CAD software is redeveloped to realize the automatic design of reducer.Based on the research of computer aided modeling and 3D modeling of JM series crane reducer,the calculation design of JM series reducer is determined.With Visual Basic as the development tool,the designer can complete the design calculation of reducer gear and shaft only by inputting initial parameters.The SolidWorks is redeveloped,and the parametric modeling method of JM series reducer is determined.The corresponding three-dimensional model of the reducer can be generated only by inputting the basic dimensions of the reducer parts.It can greatly improve the efficiency of designing reducer.In this paper,the following aspects are studied.(1)Summarize and summarize the typical structure of JM series hoisting reducer.Combining with the original data of the company's reducer design,study the design and checking methods of each component of the series reducer(gear,shaft,bearing,box body,etc.)and complete the relevant program of design and calculation.(2)Classify the structural characteristics of the main parts of JM series crane reducer(gear and gear shaft,shaft,bearing,box body,end cover,etc.),determine the main structural parameters and related structural parameters of each part,realize parametric 3D modeling of the main parts,and complete the 3D model library of common parts.According to the installation,positioning and coordination relationship of parts in the typical structure of JM series crane reducer,the constraint relationship between Parts' 3D models is defined,and the virtual assembly of main parts in reducer is realized with the help of related engineering software.(3)In view of the typical JM series hoisting reducer,the force analysis of reducer gear is carried out under actual working conditions,and the finite element analysis of reducer gear is carried out by using finite element software.
