In October 2017,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the national strategy of "rural rejuvenation" firmly,which not only pointed out the way for rural development in China,but also put forward the overall requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperity of life".The construction of rural architecture in Jingchu area is based on this background.Jingchu area has provided abundant basic conditions for rural architecture with its long history,culture and diversified geographical conditions.Inheriting Chinese architectural culture,innovative creation of pastoral architecture is also the development direction of Chinese new vernacular architecture.Based on the research of relevant concepts and theories of rural architecture,and supported by practical cases in different regions,this paper elaborates the concept of rural architecture and its practice.Through the research of the geographical environment,climatic characteristics,architectural culture and local context in Jingchu area,we find out the characteristics of site selection and layout of buildings and construction characteristics in Jingchu area.This paper summarizes the problems exist in the construction and development of rural buildings in Jingchu area nowadays: "rejecting traditions,outdated concepts,lack of management and supporting facilities,serious waste and loss of characteristics".The causes of these problems are explained in detail.Weak economic foundation,production and lifestyle make people rush to cities,villages withered,rural problems become increasingly prominent,which lead to "rural hollowing","rural marginalization","rural aging".Copying rigidly,just paying attention to standardization and duplicating the city’s architectural model result in a thousand villages of only one look;the lackness of management links,imperfect planning and designing also caused a waste of rural land resources:rural population is decreasing year by year meanwhile the available land in rural areas is decreasing year by year;the training lackness of craftsmen makes a discount on construction standards.The discount has caused the quality of rural buildings to be worried nowadays.According to the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of rural architecture in Jingchu area,the paper puts forward the optimization strategy of rural architecture construction in Jingchu area.Inheriting the local idyllic culture and promoting the development of idyllic architecture from the reasonable planning layout and the organic integration with the surrounding environment;Integration of modern technology in local materials,so that local materials to renew new vitality,to achieve energy conservation and environmental protection;Using prefabricated structure system in structure to improve the safety of building;The integration of modern technology with traditional construction technology,so that local craftsmen can quickly and skillfully grasp,conducive to inheritance and promotion;Finally,through the participation of the Jingchu area Fenghuangshan Zhuang Engineering Practice,analysis on the geographical environment of Fenghuangshan Zhuang,careful planning in Site selection,planning and layout using water escalate,make the hierarchy of buildings distinct;Using a variety of structural forms of flexible use and collocation,to solve the construction of a lot of inconvenience;In order to make the color of the building more in line with the local idyllic characteristics,the in-depth study of local materials and combined with modern technology to endow the building.Analysis and summary of the construction strategy of project application,in order to provide valuable practical reference for the construction of idyllic buildings in the future Jing Chu area.
