Party 19 th CPC National Congress put forward the decision and deployment of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,so rural rejuvenation,beautiful countryside,agricultural modernization,rich peasant,urban-rural integration will become an important development trend.Therefore,the construction of rural complex is particularly important,because it not only satisfies the agricultural supply side structural reform requirements,but also meets the needs of sustainable development,the most important thing is to conform to the new era of industry and the development of the industry requirements.The rural complex is a new mode of development,which integrates modern agriculture,leisure tourism and pastoral communities together.Modern agriculture is the foundation of the development of rural complex,which not only satisfies the production of the park,but also realizes the upgrading and optimization of the industry,and reduces the gap of material and urban civilization to some extent.Leisure tourism is the engine of the development of the rural complex,which satisfies the ecological requirement,realizes the invisible interaction between nature and people,and reduces the social civilization gap in the development of urban-rural integration.Pastoral community is the pillar of the development of the rural complex,which not only satisfies the needs of the park's life,but also realizes the industrial matching and is the main profit point of the development of the park.With the rise of the rural complex,the state has paid more and more attention to the mode of agricultural development.The government hopes to improve farmers ' income,improve the rural landscape and realize the integration of urban and rural areas in the course of development of various agricultural parks.However,there are some problems in the development of rural complex,such as lack of regional culture,serious urbanization atmosphere and so on.Therefore,we should make clear the development mode and operation mode,and make rational planning for the rural complex.In order to solve the above problems,the planning of the rural complex is studied in detail in this paper.First of all,through consulting materials to understand the research background,domestic and foreign development overview,through the study of outstanding cases at home and abroad,summed up the theory and methods of rural complex planning,planning theory mainly includes the theoretical basis,characteristic analysis and basic principles,planning method mainly includes system construction,planning method and content,after understanding the planning method,to complete the actual project planning.The purpose of this plan is to make the theory of planning be well put into practice,and play a guiding role in the future planning.
