The present intelligent vibration balancing measuring instrument with single-chip computer home and abroad can realize the balance testing only at medium or low fixed speed, furthermore, together with the limited data-processing capability of the single-chip computer, a more advanced system is demanded. The author of this paper therefore makes research on the high-speed rotor vibration balancing testing system based on DSPThe development of current precision numerical control machining technology makes it even more necessary to achieve higher vibrating balance, which is closely related with machining precision. The method proposed here is mainly for high-speed rigid rotor to achieve vibrating balance, for high-speed flexible rotor, the system plays the role of data-collector, uploading collected data to PC to be further programmed to obtain complicated flexible rotor vibrating balance. We is developing a 16-channel flexible rotor vibrating balance testing system based on DSP.The paper first expounds the calculation of influence coefficient method for flexible rotor and vector influence coefficient method for flexible rotor and the calculation of phase for balance based on DFT and develops high- speed rotor vibrating balance testing system by utilizing DSP TMS320LF2407 as core chip while referring to intelligent vibrating balance instruments home and abroad. The main circuit structure,chips for central control choosing,input channel of simulation amount design and A/D sampling of the system are compared , choice-making methods and design principle for function modular such as reference pulse adjusting ,clock circuit,communication modular,data memory,keyboard circuit and liquid crystal circuit presented in the paper.The paper demonstrates hardware circuits design of rotating reference signal testing, 32 frequency doubling of reference signal(A/D trigger source),50 frequency doubling of reference signal (switched-capacitor filter clock pulse),automatic measurement arrange conversion of double channel vibration signal and self-adaptive band-pass of central frequency of vibration signal based on testing traits of high-speed vibrating balance and technical index The hardware circuits design ensures the system's efficiency and real-time, the software development follows top-bottom design idea o f modularization The paper designs the core programme frame, A/D sampling interrupt programme, measuring rotating speed software, unbalancing calculation and unbalance phase programme, finalizes the calculating method of using INT or LONG INT as parameters after making comparison between calculation time of the different data types, optimizes programme design, guarantees calculation precision and at the same time better meets the real-time requirement Finally, a detailed summary for problems encountered in hardware design and debugging is presented. The overall hardware testing shows the system can achieve 32 frequency doubling phase-locked and 50 frequency doubling phase-locked of rotating frequency so as to satisfy different requirements of balancing test with different rotating speed, can achieve automatic measurement arrange conversion and finally self-adaptive band-pass filter with rotor frequency as its central frequency. The system can measure, calculate and demonstrate vibrating signals in real time, and realize data communication with PC through RS232. The system meets the prearranged technical index, and therefore high-speed rotor vibrating balance testing system based on DSP will surely be widely applied .
