| Today’s social and economic development is changing with each passing day,and the scale of the company is continuing to grow.The number of cross-regional and even multinational group companies is increasing,and the number of businesses that the company handles daily is also increasing,which puts forward stricter requirements on the management of all aspects of the company.At the same time,more and more company managers have gradually realized the importance of capital management through case analysis of domestic and foreign group companies.In this era of "cash is king",how to control costs and efficiently use funds has become the research content of each group company’s executives and scholars.Financial sharing service is a new management mode that combines modern information technology and organizes and reengineers some important links in the company’s operation process,and centralizes the functions that are easy to standardize.Its fundamental purpose is to reduce costs and improve efficiency while also improving the quality of services of the department.A highway construction company is a large state-owned company,which is composed of the head office and 8 branches under it.It implements a three-level management model of head office,branch company,and project department.Due to the rapid development of the company in recent years,highway construction projects are spread all over the country,and the original traditional financial organization structure cannot meet the company’s management requirements.Therefore,A Highway Construction Company began to apply the financial shared service model in 2016,adopting a combination of centralized and decentralized management in terms of fund management.Based on the research and analysis of the status quo of the establishment of the fund management center under the financial sharing mode of the A highway construction company,this paper unearths several deficiencies that still exist in the current A highway construction company,such as lack of strict fund account management,flaws in the fund budget management process,and fund income The control is too strict,the fund settlement method is relatively backward,the financial sharing platform has a low degree of integration of industry and finance,etc.,combined with the financial sharing development stage of A company,give optimization suggestions for the above problems.In addition,safeguard measures are proposed from two aspects: system and personnel training.This article hopes to solve the management loopholes in the fund management of A company through the above research,and provide ideas for similar highway construction companies to improve internal control and improve the level of fund management. |
