Research On Optimization Of Centralized Fund Management Of Group Z Under Financial Sharing

In recent years,with the development of information technology,in the operating state of ‘multi region,multi structure,and multi business’,enterprise fund management has become increasingly complex in process design and functional classification,and problems such as low efficiency in fund use and settlement have become prominent.Enterprises combine fund management with financial sharing models to improve the group’s ability to control fund settlement.At present,most enterprises implement a parallel management model,which only connects with financial sharing in the fund settlement process.Therefore,how to optimize the fund management model and closely connect with financial sharing has become particularly important.This article investigates the current situation of centralized fund management under the financial sharing mode of Z Group.Through research on the internal settlement center mode under the financial sharing mode of Z Group,it is found that there are problems such as improper fund budget control and low fund settlement efficiency.Measures such as optimizing the financial organization structure,improving the fund budget management system,optimizing the fund settlement method,improving the fund management assessment and evaluation system,and information technology system are adopted,In order to achieve the effect of closely linking the two.By analyzing the problems in fund management from the aspects of fund budget management,organizational structure,fund concentration,and fund assessment,and analyzing the deeper reasons,feasible solutions are proposed to optimize the fund budget management process,strengthen fund security control,and improve fund management efficiency,thereby reflecting the significance of fund management.By analyzing and researching the centralized management of funds under the financial sharing mode of Z Group,corresponding solutions are proposed for the problems in group management,hoping to provide reference for units adopting this fund management.
