| As one of the core components of electric vehicles,the battery pack directly determines the cruising range of electric vehicles.Once the battery pack fails,it will directly affect the driving of the car and even affect the safety.Therefore,research on battery pack reliability testing is crucial.At present,there are three types of tests for battery pack reliability: real vehicle road test,test field test,and indoor road simulation test.The actual road test’s period is long,it is influenced by many external factors and the repeatability is poor.The test field test needs to replace the parts unrelated to the test piece frequently during the test,resulting in increased cost and extended cycle;indoor road simulation test due to its good repeatability,low test cost and short cycle,it has been booming,but the research applied to battery packs is very lacking.Therefore,this paper combines computer simulation technology and remote parameter control technology to establish a multi-channel road simulation test system model of battery pack.The frequency response function estimation and simulation iteration in multi-channel road simulation test method are studied in detail,thus establishing battery pack.The multi-channel road simulation test method provides an important means for quickly and accurately assessing the fatigue reliability of the battery pack.Firstly,with reference to the MAST(Multi-Axis Shaking Tables)road simulation test system,the structure design of the battery pack multi-channel road simulation test system was carried out.The structure and principle of the test system were analyzed,and the kinematics and dynamics calculations were carried out in combination with its working mechanism.The three-dimensional model of the test system was established using CATIA software.Secondly,the multi-body dynamics model of multi-channel road simulation test system is established by means of ADAMS software,and the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis is carried out to verify the feasibility of the test system motion.Through the mechanism equivalent and simplification,the inverse algorithm of the test system is deduced,and the MATLAB/Simulink model and multi-body dynamics model are used to verify the motion decoupling between channels.On this basis,a joint simulation model of multi-channel road simulation test system is established by using the communication interface between ADAMS and MATLAB.Thirdly,the frequency response function estimation method is studied,and the influence of different H methods on the estimation result of frequency response function are compared.Based on RPC technology,the simulation iteration principle is analyzed,and the frequency response function solving program and road load spectrum are written by MATLAB software.Simulated iterative procedure;combined with the multi-channel road simulation test system joint simulation model,a multi-channel road simulation test method for battery pack was established.Finally,through the collection and analysis of the battery pack road spectrum,the expected response signal required by the indoor is obtained,and the battery pack road simulation test system and method are used to carry out the battery pack road simulation virtual test,and the expected response signal is reproduced well.The response signal validates the effectiveness of the battery pack multi-channel road simulation test method. |
