The double clutch transmission(DCT) is one of the most promising automatictransmission in China.The DCT key parts such as valves,transducers and electroniccomponents work under the severe road vibration of long-term,and must evaluatetheir vibration reliability through test method.The road simulation test based onremote parameter control (RPC),which can effectively reproduce the real vibrationalstate of automobile components and have the advantages of excellent repeatabilityand high-precision of simulation.Therefore, there are important theoretic significanceand practical value for improving DCT’s reliability by researching the DCT roadsimulation test method with CAD/CAE and RPC technology.For one DCT provided by transmission manufacturer,this paper firstly analyzedthe vibration and force of DCT assembled on the running car,the sampling method ofDCT key parts loading spectrum was established and the data was collected on Xiangyang proving ground.The interference signal mixed in loading spectrum such as zerodrift,singular value were eliminated by the means of preprocessing.The repeatabilitywas examined through analysis of time-domain, frequency-domain and statisticalcharacteristics.The typical road loading spectrum was analyzed and target responsesignal for simulation iterations was selected.Secondly, a single-channel road simulation test table was designed and thesimulation test was proceeded based on RPC technology,the vertical response inmonitoring point was reproduced accurately.To further improve the simulationaccuracy of horizontal and lateral direction,a three-channels road simulation testsystem was designed and the rigid-flexible coupling model of test table wasestablished using Solidworks and ADAMS.The test program was proved to befeasible through optimizing the motion range of each DoF. Then the three-channelsroad simulation test table was established based on MTS devices.Through thecomparison showed that three-channels road simulation test table has better iterativeeffect and the test results are more closer to the actual running condition.Finally, the virtual test method of DCT road simulation was exploredpreliminarily in this paper.The rigid-flexible coupling model of three-channels testtable was proved to be accurate.The virtual iteration was proceeded based on loadingspectrum and RPC theory.then compared the iteration result with desired responsesignal.The paper initially established virtual test method of road simulation.
