| Modern engineering projects are characterized by large-scale,complicated organizational relationship and difficult coordination.Engineering project practice shows that the project implementation organization plays a connecting role in the integrated management of project organization,and at the same time,the inter-organizational relationship has been paid more and more attention by the project implementation organization.From the perspective of project implementation organization,this paper explores the impact of inter-organizational relationship on project success and the cooperation strategy of project implementation organization.I hope this study can provide useful reference for the cooperation practice of project implementation organization.First of all,the thesis according to the domestic and foreign about the document of inter-organizational relationship and organization cooperation,on the basis of the theory of resource-based view and population ecology theory,put forward four types of inter-organizational relationship:the competitive relation and cooperative relation,cooperative and competitive relation,symbiotic relation,and the characteristics of four types of inter-organizational relationship are compared,a preliminary analysis of the differences in the internal organizational environment of the organization structure,organizational culture,organizational goals,organizational knowledge,and organizational ability,and the differences in external organization environment of the market conditions change,Resource identification perspective,information platform.Secondly,according to the characteristics of modern engineering projects,this paper analyses the criteria for success of modern projects,explains the specific connotation of field strength,field energy,field outline and field strength of project implementation organizations by using the theory of organizational field,and analyses the mechanism of inter-organizational relationship affecting the degree of success of projects.Through the mechanism analysis,the organizational characteristics of project implementation are the key to explore inter-organizational relationship and project success.Using the document method selected influencing factors of project implementation organization characteristics to project success,and in combination with organizational characteristics comparison of four types of inter-organizational relationship.According to the screening principle of factors,the influencing factors were selected preliminarily.The data from the delphi method were used for reliability analysis,validity analysis,principal component analysis,eliminate unnecessary factors.In the end,6 first-level influencing factors and 19 second-level influencing factors were determined,evaluation system was constructed,which refers to relation evaluation among project implementation organization based on project success.Then,according to the evaluation needs of the index system built in this paper,the evaluation methods are analyzed.Because there is no clear mathematical membership relationship between the research objects,and they have the characteristics of uncertainty and poor information,CM-GRA evaluation model is selected to solve the problems of natural language difficult to quantify and index weight assignment is too subjective.Using the model,the weight and the ranking of the correlation degree of the indicators at all levels are obtained.Finally,according to the results of the first-level indicators,the second-level indicators and the overall evaluation,the paper further analyzed the cooperative strategy of the project implementation organization based on the symbiotic relationship.This paper points out the cooperative strategies adopted by the project owners to maintain the stability of symbiotic relationship by using the actual case of Y project of expressway,proves the validity of the research results,and compares the research results with the actual cases,and puts forward suggestions on the cooperative strategies not involved in Y project. |
