Study On Organizational Optimization Of Jinan Metro Construction Project

Project management is such a system management method,it USES the principle of system science,in the project construction process to implement the plan,organization,coordination and control.Subway engineering is not only complicated,but also has huge investment and urgent tasks.It is very difficult to control the progress,investment,quality and safety.There are many engineering projects in the same period of time.It should be said that good project management is the key to project success.This paper takes jinan subway construction project as the research object,which is divided into seven parts.The first part explains the background,purpose and significance of the research as well as the current situation of organization,operation and management of engineering construction projects at home and abroad.The second part mainly focuses on the proposition of project organization and operation management.Firstly,the concept of project organization and operation management is elaborated.Secondly,the characteristics of project organization and operation management are analyzed.The third part gives a brief introduction of jinan subway project,and expounds the historical background of jinan subway project,the current situation of jinan subway project and the organizational structure of jinan subway project.The fourth part of the article focuses on the existing problems in the organization of jinan subway construction project,and analyzes the problems from the four levels of quality control,investment control,progress control and organization control.The fifth part is the organization optimization scheme of jinan subway construction project,which is the focus and difficulty of this paper.It mainly introduces the principles of organization optimization scheme,selection,determination and optimization of organization structure of jinan subway construction project.The sixth part of jinan subway construction project organization control measures improvement.This paper discusses three aspects of quality control,progress control and investment control,and finally comes to a conclusion.
