Bus priority is the requirement of urban traffic development,and is one of the effective ways to alleviate urban traffic problems fundamentally.By implementing various policies and measures from the technical,policy,consciousness and planning levels,it can significantly improve the travel structure of urban residents,restrain individual motorized travel demand and alleviate urban traffic congestion.Setting up bus lanes is one of the effective ways to solve urban congestion,and it is the most direct means to improve the operational efficiency of public transport and embody the priority of road rights.The use of bus lanes can improve bus punctuality,improve bus operation efficiency,reduce congestion,enhance the attraction of public transport,and guide citizens to choose bus trips first.Based on this,this paper takes chongqing city as an example,aiming at the planning of bus lane network and the selection of demonstration routes in the main urban area,firstly summarizes the current situation of public transport development and the problems existing in the development of public transport in the main urban area.Secondly,on the basis of widely collecting the construction standards and conditions of domestic urban bus lanes,the author summarizes the successful experience and lessons of domestic cities.Then,combined with the situation of roads and buses in the main urban area of chongqing,the setting conditions of special bus lanes are mainly considered from the three aspects of road foundation conditions,road operation conditions and bus operation conditions.The roadblock function model and VISSIM simulation are used to form a set of conditions for the setting of special bus lanes in the main urban area of chongqing.Then,Starting from the actual situation of urban conventional public transport,based on road conditions and combined with the conditions for setting up special bus lanes in the main urban area,With "the installment construction,and gradually into the net",takes into account the overall size of the various types of bus lanes constraints,cross section flow balance constraints,considering the constraints of the overall scale of all kinds of bus lanes,the section flow balance and other constraints,based on the scale prediction and route selection model of the bus lane network for the main urban area,the conventional bus lanes are screened to determine the scale and planning scheme of the bus lane network for the main urban area in the near,medium and long term respectively.Finally,in the planning of the city bus lanes,on the basis of line network,suitable road for construction of bus lanes in main urban areas,from the degree of difficulty in implementation,investment cost,effect and so on,according to the maximization of the influence range of bus lane,a road is recommended as the route scheme of bus lane demonstration line,and through the VISSIM simulation software was used to preliminarily evaluate the bus operation,car operation and car flow change before and after the establishment of bus lanes,so as to guide travelers to understand the social value of bus lanes and pave the way for the continuous addition of bus lanes.In this paper,we adopt statistical analysis,model analysis and simulation experiment,study the main bus lanes line network planning and demonstration line selection,protect the interests of the vast majority of people travel,road resource rational distribution,ensure bus way give priority to,improve bus,on the basis of operational efficiency,but also for subsequent bus lanes construction work and money to apply for work to provide the oretical support and effect assessment,lay a foundation for creating public transportation urban.
