| Compared with ordinary simple-supported bridges,simple-supported to continuous girder bridges have a long construction cycle,such as site conversion,multiple pouring of concrete and prestressing tension,system transformation,etc.The construction process is more complicated.The accumulation of construction deviation will lead to the alignment and stress level of bridges which may not conform to the design ideal state,thus affecting the construction quality,operation performance and working life of bridges.Supported by the scientific and technological plan project of Yunnan Transportation Department,this paper,combined with the construction characteristics of simplesupported to continuous girder bridges,puts forward a bridge construction control method based on real-time structural response and mathematical correspondence between construction variable deviation and structural response,and this method is applied and verified in engineering.The application is proved in an example.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In view of the shortcomings of fine control in the construction of simply supported to continuous girder bridges,the basic concept of bridge construction control method based on real-time structural response is put forward.By substituting a large number of analysis samples from standard idealized bridge construction analysis model and artificial hypothesis deviation into analysis,large data of construction control samples corresponding to the relationship between hypothesis deviation and structural response are established.In construction control,the alignment(stress)of the adjustment structure is changed into the adjustment deviation,so as to reduce or eliminate the difference between the design ideal state and the next working condition.Combining this construction control concept with database technology and intelligent platform,the artificial intelligence of bridge construction control can be realized.(2)According to the concept of bridge construction control method based on realtime structural response,the concept of construction variable field is established.According to the construction characteristics of continuous beam bridge,six construction conditions and main construction variables of each condition are put forward.Based on various specifications and survey data,the reasonable variation range of each construction variable is put forward.(3)Quantitative analysis is made on the structural response deviations of various construction variables,such as working condition duration and interval time,concrete properties,prestressing tension,temperature and humidity,in different stages of construction of simply supported variable continuous girder bridges,and the influence law of each construction variable on different construction stages of different girder sections is put forward.(4)Based on the influence equation of variables in construction variable field on structural response,the sensitivity analysis of variable influence weight based on weight entropy method is carried out,and the weight sequence of construction variable field in different construction stages is put forward according to the order of influence weight.Combining with construction control measures,the process and method of bridge construction control based on real-time structural response are put forward.(5)The construction control method in this paper is applied to a practical project.The comparison between the construction control results and uncontrolled structures shows that the bridge construction control based on real-time structural response can effectively improve the bridge stress and line shape. |
