Farming,the foundation of national development.Issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers concern everyone's vital interests.During the 40 years of China's urbanization,from a high speed to a high quality,more and more emphasis has been placed on the planning and development ideas of overall planning and coordination between urban and rural areas,respect for local characteristics and protection of development,especially on the exploration,demonstration and practice of scientific rural planning.The proposal and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy reflects the multi-level and multi-dimensional focus on development and contributions.Taking Beiguang village as an example,local characteristics are fully explored to achieve the planning goal of ecological livability,prosperity and civilization by combing and using local landscape elements,so as to achieve better development of the village through planning means.The planning involves optimizing the industrial structure,increasing the proportion of the second and third industries,and realizing the combination of agriculture and tourism.Optimize the land structure,and put forward more reasonable land use planning schemes according to the current situation of the site,such as appropriately increasing the land for public green space,public service facilities,square,etc.,to better meet the use needs of residents;Respect the characteristics of the site,maximize the use of local resources,maximize the protection of local culture.Finally,putting forward feasible suggestions from infrastructure construction,landscape construction,experiential activity development and other aspects,in order to effectively improve the production and living standards.
