With the development of the economy and the advancement of society,a growing number of goods are sold to all around the world.In order to decrease economic losses caused by the damage of goods in the process of circulation and transportation,which are advisable to package and protect the goods.All kinds of packaging machinery came into being to meet the market demand.The low-end wrapping machine studied in this paper is one of the packaging machinery industry,which is mainly used for winding packaging machinery,chemical products,carton goods and so on.In this paper,Aimed at the winding machine produced by Jinan Qun Xing Technology corporation and the three-dimensional model of winding machine was established and assembled by Solid works.The selection of the column motor and the transmission device were designed and calculated.Based on the static analysis of the sprocket support and sprocket shaft,an optimization method was proposed:(1)The basic structure and working principle of the low-winding machine are introduced in detail,and the motor selection and chain drive system in the column device are designed and calculated,which lays a theoretical foundation for the modal analysis of the fourth chapter sprocket.(2)The structural static analysis of the sprocket support and the sprocket shaft in the column are carried out.The stress and deformation are analyzed by applying the load constraint to the two components through the finite element analysis software,and the structural strength is checked to meet the requirements,and improve its strength and stiffness through optimization.(3)Due to the resonance phenomenon of the chain drive system during the working process,in order to avoid the phenomenon that the normal operation of the winding machine is affected,The modal analysis of sprocket provides a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of chain drive system.(4)Both strength and rigidity of the sprocket and the column carriage shaft meet the neet of operating requirements.Thus,there is a topology optimization for reduceing the use of materials and improveing the strength and rigidity of the parts,which provide a design basis for the enterprise to manufacture the winding machine.After the static analysis of the sprocket supported,achieveing the weight reduction target under the premise of satisfying its stiffness and strength,the topology optimization and the multi-objective drive optimization based on the response surface method are used to compare and finally select the response surface optimization result.
