In recent years,with the rapid development of power technology,high voltage pulse power supply has been widely used in electrostatic dust removal,materials and biomedical fields.The design of the control circuit is very important in the research and design of the high voltage pulse power supply.In order to realize the precise control of the high voltage pulse power supply,the research on a high resolution high voltage microsecond pulse power supply has important practical significance and application prospect.This thesis designs a high voltage microsecond pulse power supply controlled by high resolution DPWM with FPGA as the control core,dc chopper as the main circuit and high voltage pulse transformer to realize frequency and pulse width adjustable.The power input is 220v/50 Hz,the two levels of EMI filter,full bridge rectifier and dc filter after get constant voltage dc,and then produced by FPGA DPWM signal through the optical coupling isolation control IGBT drive circuit,to realize low voltage pulse sharping,at the edge of the low voltage side of transformer in the original design the RCD magnetic reset circuit,through the pulse transformer booster to realize high voltage microsecond pulse output.In order to effectively improve the resolution of pulse power supply,this thesis studies a new high resolution control method based on FPGA internal logical resource lookup table LUT and REG.The clock module of this circuit is generated by calling the internal IP core phase lock ring of FPGA to process the input 50 MHz clock.The processed clock is used to drive the pulse module,and then the rising edge signal and falling edge signal are generated,and finally the DPWM signal is synthesized.The control chip of this thesis USES Cyclone VI E series device EP4CE10F17C8 of Altera Company,which can provide 10,320 luts.Verilog language is used for top-down design of the whole system.The high resolution DPWM designed in this thesis controls the frequency of high voltage microsecond pulse power supply,which is adjustable from 500 Hz to 20 kHz and can be increased or decreased by 500 Hz each time.Duty cycle 0.1-0.9 adjustable,step length 0.1;The control circuit,low-voltage side and high-voltage side were tested respectively,and square waves of different frequencies and duty ratios were obtained,among which the time resolution of the control circuit was up to 0.4ns,the waveform of the low-voltage side was smooth,and the waveform of the high-voltage side had more burrs than that of the low-voltage side,but the power supply performance was not affected.Experiments show that this thesis realizes the precise control of high voltage microsecond pulse power supply,stable and reliable,with high resolution.Figure [72] table [9] reference [67]...
