With the increasing intensity of competition in air combat,integrated avionics system is in good condition becoming the focus of national research.And good capacity of integrated aviation electronic system support is the necessary condition that the integrated avionics system is in good condition.The quality of the support for integrated avionics system directly affects the ability of the troops to complete the task,which directly affects the fighting capacity of the air force.Reasonable effectiveness evaluation can improve the capability of integrated avionics system support,so the effectiveness evaluation of integrated avionics system support plays an increasingly important role in modern war.The basic theory of effectiveness evaluation of systems support is taken as the starting point and the effectiveness evaluation of integrated avionics system support is studied in this paper,and based on that,C++ is used to write the relevant software of integrated avionics system support effectiveness evaluation.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of sufficient theoretical research,a complete index system of effectiveness evaluation of integrated avionics system support is established by research and using of Delphi consulting method.The method of normalization of qualitative and quantitative index and the process of effectiveness evaluation of integrated avionics systems is determined.Several methods of effectiveness evaluation are also discussed.2.Aiming at the problem that attribute reduction steps may produce premature convergence using traditional genetic algorithms,when using rough sets for effectiveness evaluation,the method replacing traditional genetic algorithm with improved single parent genetic algorithm is proposed in this paper.Aiming at the problem that the fuzziness of risk assessment can't be adequately reflected,the improved fuzzy set to the risk assessment is applied in this paper.After comparison of instances,both methods are better than traditional algorithms,the accuracy ofeffectiveness evaluation is improved.3.After determining the index system and evaluation method,C++ is used to develop a software of effectiveness evaluation of integrated avionics system support.The development process and the problems encountered are introduced.
